Paradise Found

We visited Maui, fell in love with this property, and purchased this unit in a little piece of paradise. We are so excited to be able share it with others. We have updated the unit and hope you will adore it as much as we do.

Kahana Sunset is located in Kahana, conveniently nestled between Ka'anapali and Napili on the West coast of Maui. 5 min drive to famous Fleming surf beach, Ritz spa, Kapalua golf course and Plantation course, and the Ka’anapali and Kapalua resorts. It is a short walk to Napili Bay. A large grocery store is less than 1/2 mile away at Napili Plaza, where you’ll find The Coffee Shop (best on Maui), several great restaurants, and Boss Frogs dive and surf shop. In addition to our secluded beach on property, there are several world-class beaches within a 5-10 minute drive, including Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, and Ka'anapali (voted best beach in the US by Trip Advisor).

Our unit is complete with all of the essentials for easy living and cooking. We provide portable AC units May through September, Updated full kitchen with all amenities, outdoor grills, washer, dryer, large flat screen TVs, cable, WiFi, beach towels, beach chairs, sunsets and giant turtles also provided.

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing unit. The view was incredible from the living room level and the master bedroom level. Kitchen and bathroom appeared to be recently remodeled with new appliances. The in-suite washer and dryer were really convenient. The car port was right next to main entry so it was easy to unload and load the luggage. There were plenty of towels in great condition and quality. The chargers for phone and/or camera were quite convenient. We had a great time playing with various board games and the record player was quite memorable -- I've never seen one before except in movies. Playing Ed Sheeran on a record was amazing. It reminded me how much we've relied on digital technology and all the time wasted on internet and social media. This was a place to put all that away for a brief moment. Jenn was an amazing host and she was readily available via text. The property grounds were well maintained. Trash and recycle bins were emptied in the common area. We didn't get to use the beach due to the winter high tides, but it would have been a wonderful place to build sand castles and snorkel.Thank you for a wonderful memory in Maui.

We had a very nice stay at the Kahana Sunset. Nice location next to beautiful Napili Bay and we loved being so close to the shops and resorts at Kaanapali. Our host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to ensure we had a nice vacation. Highly recommend.

A condo as well as location. All the amenities you could ask for in a condo. Up to date appliances as well as AC in every room. Deal breaker with some humid nights. Plenty of sand toys and chairs to use at various beaches. Close walk to Napili and Kapalua as well as Napili market. Would stay here every time if dates match up with availability. Do not hesitate to reach out to Jenn. She will answer any questions in a very timely matter. Very thorough and easy to follow instructions prior to arrival. Hope to stay in E9 next summer . ALOHA

This was just a lovely place to stay. Great view, especially from upstairs. Very chill spot. Even saw a turtle swimming before we left. Highly recommend.

Low key paradise

If you’re looking for a high energy area with lots restaurants & touristy activities in walking distance, this isn’t for you. If you want to spend quality time with your friends or family relaxing on a beach with spectacular views, grilling meals, snorkeling, paddle boarding, swimming… you cannot beat this place. My husband & 3 grown kids had a fantastic time. The only down side was that the kids - not old enough to rent a car - had to rely on us to get around. That’s kind of stifling for young adults in their early 20s. Nevertheless, we all had an exceptional experience, with the many turtles a pleasant surprise! I’d visit again in a heartbeat. Strongly recommend. Thanks so much to the amazing hosts for sharing their hidden gem, along with the many suggestions for making the most of our 1-week stay.

Family trip to Kauai

The place was great. My kids enjoyed the pool and the older ones (8 and 10) enjoyed crashing and jumping in the waves in the bay. There was unfortunately not as much sand as pictured. But the owner said that the ocean tides can do unpredictable things and that those photos were taken just months before our stay. Sometimes it washes the sand away and other times brings it back.

Long time friends enjoying the beauty of Hawaii

This was a very nice condo, well stopped kitchen and bathroom. And the beds were very comfortable. The view of the property and the ocean was quite nice. Each bedroom had its own bathroom

Amazing rental

Jenn made it super easy upon our arrival with all the instructions and codes. We have stayed at Kahana Sunset 5 times before and by far this is our favourite unit. Super clean, many cooking utensils and she even stoked the fridge with some beverages. The beds were comfy and the entire unit was clean. Only thing would be to rent beach chairs as the ones in the unit were worn out. We will defiantly be coming back to stay here!

Wonderful Hawaii vacation

The location was perfect to get to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The place had plenty of room for the 4 of us and we would highly recommend. We went to the pool and beach every morning!

Absolutely Amazing!

Our stay at Kahana Sunset exceeded all of our expectations! We've been to Maui a few times and this stay was our favorite! The condo was spacious, clean, and in the perfect location. The space accommodations for myself, my husband, 21-year-old son and 20-year-old daughter was awesome! The added bonus of the private beach cove was my favorite part! Swimming with the turtles was breathtaking and spectacular! Jenn was extremely easy to communicate with and always replied super quickly! The staff on the property were very friendly and helpful. We will book this condo next time we visit Maui!

Best Value on Maui

We had a wonderful stay at Jenn's condo in Napili. A great location, space, combination of pool, beach and ocean views in one place is hard to come by. The proximity to good food and great coffee could not be beat. I can't recommend this place enough. Jenn thank you for allowing us to have an amazing family vacation on Maui!

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful

I can't speak highly enough about this wonderful slice of heaven. The condo complex is absolutely lovely. It is quiet and filled with the most wonderful people/neighbors. The snorkeling and paddle boarding was so great and the pool was so wonderful for our children ages 10 months, 4 years, and 6 years. The condo was clean and incredibly well stocked. The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were so nice. Lots of linens and beach supplies. Beautiful view of the ocean and we saw whales everyday at dinner. The condo complex was in an adorable neighborhood and super close to Napili Beach which was amazing. The owner was incredibly responsive and just really great to work with. Just super amazing. We booked next years visit and stay the day after we got home!

Great stay

We enjoyed our time in the condo. Jenn was very responsive to questions and issues when they arose. It was well furnished and had lots of little extras that were a nice surprise. The Napili Market was walking distance and the Times Supermarket about a 10 minute drive. I would recommend them over Target for essentials that you might need. We could only use the beach once as there were high surf advisories and wind advisories a good portion of the time we were there. There were plenty of chaises to use at the complex and the bbq worked well. The pool wasn't busy. My only complaint is there is quite a bit of noise from the parking lot and some of the neighbors at the time. You could only hear them from the downstairs.

Great Spot to Relax

We loved our stay! Turtles came right up on the beach. It was very relaxing. Property was very clean and as described. The beach gear was a nice touch. The beach is a little rough for swimming or snorkeling, but gorgeous for watching the sunset. We would go back.

Fantastic stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was exactly as advertised. The grounds were beautiful and well kept and the pool was great. Property was quiet which is what we were looking for. The only small disappointment was the onsite beach which was unusable during half our visit due to the large waves that eliminated the beach. This wasn’t a big deal because there were many other amazing beaches within 5-10 minutes from the property. We would definitely stay here again!

Couldn't Ask for More!

The condo unit itself was clean, updated, roomy, and was comfortably able to fit our family of 5. The king sized bed in the master suit was a treat, as was having two bathrooms, and laundry facilities. The "kids" room (a single and double bed), was perfectly decorated and very inviting for our children. Appliances were updated and functioned well. The grounds were beautifully maintained. The pool was clean, not crowded, and a perfect cool off spot for our children. There is a small sandy beach, with great snorkling right off the beach. We saw huge turtles in the water each time we went out! The location is nice, as it is quiet, but not too far from grocery stores, etc. in town. We used it as home base for exploring the entire island. The owners checked in through e-mail to make sure we were comfortable, and have been quick to answer our e-mails. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend "Paradise Found" to others.

Beautiful Say

Perfect few days. The beach and cove are only accessible to the people at the Kahana Sunset which made it not only beautiful but serene. We saw lots of sea turtles. Perfect break.

I love this condo, the, views, the private beach, we saw turtles most days and it is close to a lot of shops and restaurants, I would definitely love to come back here.

Great Condo in West Maui

Great location with beautiful ocean views from first and second floors. Condo was well equipped with everything you could need while on vacation. Renter was easy to work with and responded quickly to messages. Condo grounds are very well kept and beach area is great for families. Additionally you are close to Napili and Kapalua Bay, which are know for great snorkeling. Would definitely stay here again.
