**Please note: Following recent storms, the association is scheduled to complete stabilization work near the A Building beginning around May 18th for a few weeks. While some minor daytime construction presence may be visible in certain areas of the larger property, your unit and building is not directly adjacent to the work and we do not anticipate any meaningful impact to your stay. For stays booked during May–June 2026, please be mindful of this notice when booking.

This unit is a two-story layout with all restroom facilities located on the second floor, requiring one flight of stairs. For this reason, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges or those who prefer step-free access.
