You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner`s closet. Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an electronic guidebook. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We ask that you be mindful of quiet hours between 10pm-8am.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step on to the back patio and enjoy.
IMPORTANT: AWD vehicles are strongly recommended in winter months in order to get to the Winter Park Valley. Once here, the roads are well maintained! No smoking inside the home

We had a wonderful stay at this property- unit was clean, thoughtfully stocked, and host is very responsive. We had 6 adults and had more than enough space for us and all our ski gear. The location is perfect. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the Lift stop (local free transportation - suggest downloading the app). The small Lift bus takes you directly to the Gondola location at the resort; the Red Line also takes you to Winter Park Resort (restaurants, shops, and small market); the Black Line takes you to the towns of Winter Park (3 miles) and Fraser (6 miles) - a lot more dining/shopping options. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a great place in the area.

Beautiful condo close to the slopes
Spacious condo - nicely decorated- clean and very easy access to Winter Park skiing. Walkable distance to the Gondola or easy access to shuttle bus. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
