•All of the pools at this resort are saltwater pools

•Smoky Mountains guests do not have access to Great Smokies Lodge amenities and activities

•The resort is cashless and can accept payment only by debit or credit card.

•A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.

• We require the guest information for the primary guest (should at least be 21 years old) checking in to be provided as soon as possible to avoid check-in issues.

• We will always place you in the best suite available, however we cannot guarantee a specific location in the resort.

• Your suite may be a mobility accessible unit.
