Perfect location! We loved the proximity to the beach and pool! The house is beautiful, very clean and has an incredible collection of board games and dvds just incase you experience not perfect beach weather during your stay. 10/10 recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented from Frangista Beach Rentals before and returned specifically because we have had great experiences with them as a company! We also rented this specific house and had a great experience! We could tell this house was taken great care of and and the one issue that arose, the property management company was RIGHT on top of it-sending someone out immediately to fix! I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! I can definitely tell they take great care of the property!!!

Aquaholic at Frangista beach properties is amazing. The staff is great and very accommodating. We accidentally booked one less day than I tented and they were glad to accommodate. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. 5 star rating all the way around!!

Great house

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beach house! From the noment we arrived everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed-from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The layout was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group to relax both indoors and out.

Great location, close to everything. Community pool across the street, coffee shop 1 block away and beach 2 minute walk.

Fall 2021

We stayed for a month and the house was very clean, close to the beach and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would highly recommend it.

Different Name, Same Beautiful Home!!!

We previously stayed at this home when it was called Sand Pointe Cottage. We love the new name! It was a nice addition to replace the double twin bedroom with a queen bed. The 3 couples didn't have to fight over rooms this time!! With the community pool and the short walk to the private beach, this home is in a perfect location and we will continue to stay at this home for years to come. Great house in a perfect location!

There is also a walking/ bike path along the scenic highway where you can see the ocean while walking your dog. At some points there is also a boardwalk above the beach. It’s one block from a road that goes out to Rt. 98.We stayed six weeks and felt safe and comfortable.

Perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aquaholic and can’t wait to come back. Our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) fit perfectly with plenty of room to be around each other. We loved all of the dvds, board games, and Xbox. The neighborhood is wonderful and safe, with the beach being an extremely short walk around the corner. The pool is also right across the street! My favorite coffee shop is also a quick 4 minute walk, giving you a nice little morning routine. You can’t beat it.
