ID REQUIREMENT: We reserve the right to ask for a Valid (legible) ID to every adult 18+ staying in our property.

LIABILITY WAVER: All staying adults 18+ must sign a liability waver even if they don’t plan to use some of the amenities. Thanks for your understanding.

ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT FEE: Prior to arrival a refundable $750 deposit is required to check-in as damage protection. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. in order to avoid that you can add at least a basic $59 damage protection plan to your stay.

Important: The cleaning fee is to clean the house, not to undo damages or pickup leftover food (including fridge). We appreciate your cooperation with this when your rental is finished.

The camera faces outward and does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion and will be on during the duration of your stay.
