The adjoining gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and amenities, including a toaster oven and a combination drip/Keurig coffee maker. (You have both types of coffee makers here!) Your dining table will be brand new and will seat 8. The sliders in the dining area give access to the front balcony with furniture and nice views of Atlantic Avenue. Great views of the area!

The Master Bedroom has a QUEEN bed, an HDTV, a large walk in closet, and a full private bath with a pocket door and a custom tiled shower. Sliders lead from the master bedroom out to a VERY LARGE PRIVATE REAR BALCONY (ONE of TWO private deck spaces here) with lots of comfortable furniture and room for all to gather and relax. No where else will you have so much private deck space all to yourself!
The 2nd bedroom has a QUEEN bed and an HDTV.
The 3rd bedroom has TWO TWIN beds and an HDTV.
Living area has a QUEEN sofa sleeper.

There is a garage (shared by two units) with two reserved parking spaces for each unit (cars are parked piggy backed, one in front of the other). You and your neighbor will each keep to your own side. You will have access to a large private closet off the garage on the ground floor to store your beach gear!
Access the very large pool and pool deck with gas grills from the back courtyard. The pool is very private, tucked back behind the building and away from the street. Pool and grills are professionally managed and maintained by the association.
