Enjoy this 3 bedroom and 2 full bath condominium with lots of private deck space. There are TWO private decks here - one in front, and a very large private deck in the rear. This beautiful condo with a large heated swimming pool is THE PERFECT PLACE for your family's Wildwood vacation! This is where everyone wants to be - so close to the beach and boardwalk AND with a pool.

This is a dog friendly 2nd floor/top floor end unit for an additional pet fee. Enter this home into the living area "great room" with cathedral ceilings, a 32" HDTV, and a sofa sleeper and a love seat.

The adjoining gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and amenities, including a toaster oven and a combination drip/Keurig coffee maker. (You have both types of coffee makers here!) Your dining table will be brand new and will seat 8. The sliders in the dining area give access to the front balcony with furniture and nice views of Atlantic Avenue. Great views of the area!

The Master Bedroom has a QUEEN bed, an HDTV, a large walk in closet, and a full private bath with a pocket door and a custom tiled shower. Sliders lead from the master bedroom out to a VERY LARGE PRIVATE REAR BALCONY (ONE of TWO private deck spaces here) with lots of comfortable furniture and room for all to gather and relax. No where else will you have so much private deck space all to yourself!
The 2nd bedroom has a QUEEN bed and an HDTV.
The 3rd bedroom has TWO TWIN beds and an HDTV.
Living area has a QUEEN sofa sleeper.
Central air and ceiling fans in all rooms will keep you cool and comfortable during your stay.

There is a full sized washer/dryer in your own private laundry room.
There is a garage (shared by two units) with two reserved parking spaces for each unit (cars are parked piggy backed, one in front of the other). You and your neighbor will each keep to your own side. You will have access to a large private closet off the garage on the ground floor to store your beach gear!
Access the very large pool and pool deck with gas grills from the back courtyard. The pool is very private, tucked back behind the building and away from the street. Pool and grills are professionally managed and maintained by the association.
NO SMOKING. PARENTS MUST ACCOMPANY UNDER 25. NO PARTY GROUPS.

Great Stay!!

We had a wonderful time in this property for the 4th of July weekend! Great location, clean, love the deck and balcony. The check in process was great. The Real Estate company was great to work with! Highly recommended.

Great rental close to the beach/boardwalk

My family and I have rented every season in the Crest and this property is our favorite! It gave us everything we were looking for , space , cleanliness , proximity to our other family members who own a home here, pool, and just an over all great stay! We will definitely be repeat renters!

Very nice condo & neighborhood

Nice clean condo. Decorated very nice. I will say the entrance way up to the condo could use some cleaning or updating. The rug on stays up to 3rd floor could be cleaned & it smelled musty but other than that overall a beautiful place. Would definitely stay again.

Extremely poor conditions, Filthy

Upon arrival:Soiled sheets on all 5 beds; what resembled dried human fluid on back side of the master's brown comforter; dirty countertops in kitchen; a dirty ash tray and rusted metal tray in kitchen sink; mildew on items in washer after one use; shower in guest bathroom could not use due to a high pitch sound(determined not air in pipes); rusted mini refrigerator on patio off master bedroom and flooring filthy and cushions dirty; side of the building sand blasted by master bedroom-workers wearing hazmat work apparel from head to toe--the dust from the sandblasting covered everything on the patio that was cleaned the day before--the hazardous dust particles were coming into the bedroom since the sliding door was open-I was never notified plans to sand blast; pool dirty--informed by another resident a replacement part was needed for a repair; very rude property managers. Were some of the items attended to? Yes. On Monday, the patio off the master bedroom had the floor power washed, the rusted refrigerator removed; the rusted basket in the kitchen sink with the ash tray was removed. That's it. I did not have any intentions of leaving a review, however, I keep receiving emails asking for a review. In all my years of travel, this was the absolutely most disappointing and stressful vacation. My son and I left the premises on Tuesday(our stay was until Saturday) after being exposed to the sand blasting. I needed to get my son to a safer environment. I will NEVER use VRBO again.

Good location; misleading listing

The place was fine. A couple issues which you pretty much always expect (some poor lighting, dirty upholstery on otherwise new furniture) but basically fine. The problem was that I never book anyplace that doesn't have one king-sized bed which this unit was advertised as having. The agent was terrible when we reported it. Finally the 'rental manager' (Julie) got involved and solved it quickly and professionally.

Great location and accommodations

Third time staying at the Monarch. Great location for Convention Center, Boardwalk and Beach. Condo had 4 bedroom/3 bath + kitchen and family rm. Pool, hot tub were great. Space was great - slept 10 easily. Door latch was not working properly and property mgt sent out locksmith same day and fixed promptly. Only concern was cleanliness upon arrival - showers, ceiling fan and baseboards all were dirty - only quick surface cleaning appered to be done. We recommended this location to another family attending the same event week of 7/10/23 and they had similar experience with arrival cleanlines. Other than that, would stay here again.

Absolutely an AMAZING condo!

This condo can sleep 8 comfortably but we just had 4. Having the front and back decks allowed us to enjoy Friday night fireworks on the front and enjoy Santucciā€™s pizza in the back. You even get a partial ocean view from the front. Itā€™s location offers lots of restaurants to walk to off of the boardwalk which is just a black away. The laundry room is a wonderful bonus as well as the two car garage. We relaxed at the pool every day. Decor throughout is stunning! Would definitely book again!

First time in Wildwood

We loved the location, did not love the 2nd floor which was actually 4 flights. The unit was beautiful, pool and grill area was really nice, the kids loved it. Perfect walking distance to boardwalk and beach. Clean other than the floors, beds were not very comfy. Would stay there again though!

Great Location, Decent Condo

Besides a few annoyances, we had a great time. Our vacation positives definitely outweigh the negatives, however, there were negatives. Positives: The location was perfect, the bedrooms sizes and bed arrangements were perfect for our family, it was nice to have 3 bathrooms, and the one accessible pool area was very nice. The negatives: 1) the property boasts of 2 pool areas, while true, this is false advertising. Guests have access to 1 pool area, the other is for owners. 2) the condo floors were filthy when we arrived. I think they were simply vacuumed and that was all. We are a family that removes shoes at the door but then our feet were gritty and dirty. If there was a swiffer of some sort I would have let this go. It was really annoying though right off the bat. I ended up wetting one of our towel and wiped down the entire floor. 3) Downstairs neighbor/owner was rude and complained about my young daughter with special needs being too loud while playing during the daytime. We were absolutely quiet during the set quiet time. 4) Some attention needs to be taken in the bathroom. Shower curtain was ripped and barely usable. The drain plugs were faulty or nonexistent which makes taking a bath near impossible especially for a small child. When I told the realtor I was told that there are usually spares under the sink (there werenā€™t). I was a bit disappointed in the reply as I would expect that she should have apologized about the cleaning crew. That really should have been their job. 5) one of the comforters was quite stained and made me wonder how often they were washed. 6) With all of the rules about leaving it tidy and such, I expected the condo to be a bit cleaner and nicer for the price we paid. If it werenā€™t for the location and layout I would have given it a 3 star review.

Wildwood Crest

The location was perfect for our daily walks to the beach and easy access to the boardwalk. The pool was perfect for the adults to relax in the hot tub while the kids splashed around in the pool. We will be booking again for next year.
