This custom one-level home features a spacious two-car garage and expansive full decks at both the front and back, mostly covered to provide year-round enjoyment and stunning views. The hot tub is set aside to give a private experience with incredible views of the stars and mountains.

Inside, the open layout welcomes you with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Two cozy queen bedrooms share a large bathroom equipped with a relaxing tub and a separate potty room, ensuring comfort and privacy for guests. The master bedroom is a perfect retreat, complete with a dedicated workspace featuring a desk and dual monitors, ideal for remote work, along with a luxurious spa-like shower, large walk-in closet, double vanity and separate potty room.

The heart of the home is the fully stocked kitchen, complete with plenty of dishware, spices, and essential kitchen basics, along with options for both coffee and tea. The spacious island bar serves as a social hub, inviting conversation as the chef brings dinner to life. The kitchen seamlessly flows into a large dining room, perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. Guests have access to the entire home. There are a couple locked areas for the owner. You are able to park in the garage and use the yard. In addition, our neighborhood has a clubhouse and guests are able to access the outdoor amenities (tennis courts, playground and frisbee golf course)

We do NOT accept check-in or check-out on holidays.

Absolutely NO open fires are allowed. The risk of wildfire in the area is too high. You will be asked to leave immediately if there is any fire activity.

The roads require 4WD for November through April (however it can snow in October and in May!). The roads are plowed after 6 inches of snow. You do not need a 4WD or AWD in the summer but be aware that the dirt roads in the neighborhood are bumpy!

Pets
This is a pet-friendly listing for pets who qualify. At this time, we only allow dogs in this house. Please message us before booking for our pup policy to see if your dogs qualify. There is an additional fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaners’ extra time to keep the space fresh for future guests.

There is no air conditioning unit here. It is very rare in our county to have one installed in a house (even brand-new builds!).. The nights are cool in the summer, so to cool the house off, you can open all the windows at night, then close them during the day, and you stay cool! Fans are provided to help blow the cool air through the cabin.

We are at 9,400 feet in elevation — altitude sickness can occur but you can do things to prevent it and alleviate symptoms including, taking a day to rest when you arrive, drink extra water and stay well hydrated (avoiding alcohol will help).
