The Space:

Welcome to Ocean View Escape, a beautiful condo located on the 4th floor of Shores of Panama that boasts mesmerizing views of the Florida Gulf. If you’re looking for an amenity-focused resort with dazzling coastlines, this is the place for your dream getaway! The space is a coastal retreat with nautical accents found throughout. The living room hosts ample seating, beams of natural light, a TV, double-wide balcony access, and leads right into the kitchen.



The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and everything you’ll need to make flavorful meals from home. Additional kitchenware such as a coffee maker, toaster, and wine ware is also available for your convenience. When cooking in, don’t hesitate to enjoy your meal outside on the balcony for a true al fresco Florida dining experience!



Speaking of the balcony, the space outside has plenty of comfortable patio furniture and overlooks the resort pool below and the Gulf of Mexico on the horizon. Swaying palm trees and a salty breeze makes it the perfect area to dive into a good book or enjoy a refreshing cocktail.



Back inside, the home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms and a sofa sleeper in the living room. No matter where you land, each space is sure to provide a restful stay. There are also 2 full bathrooms, both with a shower/tub combo to accommodate guests.

The property is located in The Shores of Panama, a 23-story Gulf front property in Panama City with an impressive list of luxury amenities. Guests are welcome to enjoy a full-service spa, lagoon style pool, two tiki bars for on-site dining and drinks. In addition to resort amenities, the property sits right between the Florida Gulf and Lake Powell, allowing guests to enjoy the beach and waterway access. Guests will need to complete registration online (link will be sent with check-in instructions) for $85. This includes their wrist bands and parking pass. With just a quick trip in the car, you can access an array of restaurants, shops, and specialty stores.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
