View was perfect, All the employees were very friendly. Pool was very nice, but didn’t realize there would so many screaming children and 1 handy called person that screamed all afternoon each day at the pool. My heart goes out to the people, but it also didn’t make our pool time as relaxing as we had hoped.

Not a 5 Star

The Condo itself was pretty nice. Great view. However there was mold in the washing machine which stunk up the whole condo when we opened the door. The front door kickplate was also hanging off and rusted. The outside railing on patio could use a paint job also. The furniture in the living room is really uncomfortable, which is a shame because it has such a nice view. Were were surprised there was no place in kids room to put their clothes, so they had to live out of their suitcases for the week. Like everyone says, the elevators and garage absolutely suck. Esoecially the parking space for this condo. Parking spits are really narrow. I have large pickup and had to back up from the ramp around another small area and into a space. If I would pull forward in space there is no way I would have been able to back out of it. The resort had really nice pool but wish they would enforce rules a little more. People smoking weed and kids throwing a hard football around hitting smaller children swimming. Also they said strictly enforce noise but halfway thru the stay, the people above us would slam their door 24/7.

This is my second time staying in this exact condo. Had issues with door code twice had to call customer service (was finally able to get in). We were getting ready to leave around 9:45am and we hear someone trying to use the code pad to get in. I abruptly open the door to find the cleaning person at the door. Check out is 10am. Literally waited by the door until we walked out. Not impressed by that. Otherwise it's a comfy cozy little condo.

Condo was very clean and updated. Lived allBe aware it’s not a 2 bedroom according to Shores of Panama so there was only one parking spot. Had to park out second vehicle at off-site parking.

Beautiful Gulf of Mexico view every day

Roomy for the two of us. Staff was always working on upkeep. Couldn’t use outdoor pool because of temp but it was very tempting. Enjoyed the accommodations. Bring your own beach accessories.

Parking Deck, walk to room.

Bad experience

The AC unit did not work the first night. Was not repaired until midnight. The toilet in one bathroom was clogged and took a day to fix. Remote batteries were dead and took a day to fix. Was only there two nights so too many issues for a short time. Asked for a reduction in fee and got no response to two emails and text.

Nice family trip!

Overall, this was an excellent experience!…the ocean view was amazing from this condo balcony, the check in process was smooth and easy, the kitchen was equipped with everything needed. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Great spring break getaway!

The property was exactly as pictured and very clean. Convenient location for reasonably priced ubers/lyfts or short drives to spring break hot spots like Longboard's, Harpoon Harry's, and Pier Park. Loved how close it was to Pineapple Willy's! Pool was still freezing as our trip was in early March, and outdoor hot tub was often pretty full, but that is to be expected. Indoor pool and hot tub were not as crowded and very nice. Staff were personable and exceptional, being very understanding and helpful when our wristbands would not work. We all really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property!

More enjoyable than anticipated

I haven’t enjoyed a vacation like that in a long time. Only one small issue, but overall a great experience. Wish the weather was warmer, but we can never control that.

Great Condo - Underlying charges for Facilities

The condo itself was great and beautiful! The extra charges we incurred for bracelets to get in and out of the facility was a rip off! $85.00 for bracelets that you had to have or you couldn’t leave and come back. Also the staff that is running the resort is very hateful. When we arrived they acted like we should know the rules but we had never been there before. We had to pull it out of them how to even get up to our floor.

In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.

Please note:
We offer 4-night rentals Late May - Early August, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season,
please submit an inquiry.

We offer 5-night rentals Early March - Late April , with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry.

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.

Renter must be at least 21, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found.

Shores of Panama charges resort fee that is not included in the grand total on AirBnB. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit.
