This cozy spot is perfect for couples and small groups ready for a laid-back beachside getaway. The building features private beachfront as well as beach chair rentals, all you need to do is walk to the sand. One of the building’s most desirable units, Beachfront Days boasts a deluxe floorplan with nearly 900 sq. ft. of space for your group to enjoy. Days will leisurely unwind as you take turns lounging by the resort pool, hanging out on the beach, and relaxing in this coastal-inspired home with vibrant décor and modern fixtures.



The living room has ample seating for your entire group to get cozy for a movie on the 56-inch smart tv, while the ocean is still within sight. Games are provided as another indoor recreation option, while a collection of books gives you something to enjoy in the home or even down by the pool. Sliding glass doors open right onto the balcony, furnished for enjoying morning coffee or an evening drink in the fresh ocean breeze. Back inside, the fully updated kitchen features brand-new stainless-steel appliances, coffee maker, crockpot, blender, cookware, glassware, and casual barstool seating. A high-top table for 4 makes the perfect spot for meals at home and spending quality time together.



This home sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and tv. Wall to wall glass doors provide gorgeous ocean views and access right onto the home’s oceanfront balcony. The county pier is within sight, and it’s just a short walk down the beach when you’re ready to join the action.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This home has 2 full bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower.

- The showers have a rain showerhead and handheld attachment.

- The front closet is stocked with new beach towels, chairs, kids beach toys, cooler, and boogie boards for guest use.

- A pack and play is provided in the bedroom closet.

- A $40 resort fee has been included in this home’s Cleaning Costs in order to cover 1 parking pass and 4 resort wrist bands, which must be worn at all times on site.

- An additional parking pass can be purchased for $20 by contacting Customer Care.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- A 24-hour supply of household amenities is included with the stay to get your vacation started!
