Welcome to Seaside Sunsets, an inviting, beachy casual condo, with a view of the Gulf that is nothing short of stunning. This Gulf-front treasure is located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach - placing you within walking distance of a CVS for supplies, a brewery, an ice cream shop, and several restaurants and bars. Soak up sunny days relaxing at the beach or our intimate heated community pool with all supplies provided (beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler bags, sand toys, and more). If more adventure is your style, rent surfboards, paddleboards, kayaks, and motorboats nearby. You are also just a five-minute walk from Splash Harbor Water Park!
Seaside Sunsets is perched on the beachfront top floor of a two-building property with only seven units. If that isn't enough, the remarkable location is cushioned from Gulf Blvd by the front building that provides a buffer for your peaceful stay - you are in the middle of everything but won't hear it. Once you arrive at Seaside Sunsets, you will have everything you need for the perfect, restful, and fun-packed beach vacation you deserve.
Kitchen: The spacious all-new kitchen has a full suite of appliances and amazing extras like a blender, 2-slice toaster, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, a crockpot, a teapot, a dishwasher, and ample counter space - making meal preparation a breeze.
Dining Area: When it's time to eat, the island bar-style dining table comfortably seats six.
Living Room: The open floor plan features many windows with views of the Gulf, tons of natural light, casually elegant coastal decor, and wood flooring throughout. After a day of sunshine and beach activities, sit back in the main living area and stream on the 65' smart TV or simply continue to take in the view. The newly updated in-unit washer/dryer combo provides efficient convenience.
* Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
Bedroom #1: The primary suite is a retreat with relaxing coastal decor, a Queen-sized bed, room-darkening motorized blinds, and an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom has a Roku-equipped TV, ceiling fan, plenty of closet space, and hotel-quality linens.
Bathroom #1 (en-suite): A modern spa-inspired bathroom with a single vanity and step-in shower.
Bedroom #2: The second bedroom features a full-size bed and bunk beds with twin mattresses. Each bedroom has a Roku-equipped TV, ceiling fan, plenty of closet space, and hotel-quality linens.
Bathroom #2: A single vanity bathroom with tub/shower combination
Outdoors: Park your car for the duration of your stay in the dedicated under-building parking or just Uber from the airport because you can literally walk to everything! You may never want to leave the private balcony overlooking the sand which sets a perfect backdrop for morning sunrise coffee and evening sunset cocktails. Take a refreshing dip in the pool or stroll down to the beach with all of your beach supplies provided (beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler bags, sand toys, and more).
*This rental is located on the 3rd floor. Elevators are not available.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
Parking: This property includes 2 free parking spaces.

This home is conveniently located down the street from Guilty Sea Sports Pub, and VIP Mexican. You will also find the following places within walking distance: JD's Restaurant & Bar, Jimmy Guana's, PJ's Oyster House, Jake's Cantina, Crabby Bills, Pipo N Betty's Bakery, and an Ice Cream shop with over 100 flavors. Also within walking distance are some local beach shops including beach rentals. There is also a CVS and a post office located close to Crabby Bills. For the kids and kids at heart, there's a small waterpark located nearby.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
