Excellent place!

We had a wonderful family trip. The house and pool are well maintained and the house is stocked with everything you need. Pictures are accurate. The location is unbeatable and just a short distance drive to the beaches. Shazia was so nice and welcoming from the minute we booked to the minute we checked out. We are looking forward to staying again!

Beautiful house, great location

We had the best time staying at Shazia’s home. There was plenty of space for my family and 4 children under the age of 3. The pool and outdoor area was perfect. Communicating with Shazia was seamless. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Thanks again, Shazia!

Beautiful backyard pool

This is a great place to stay for families! The gorgeous backyard and pool really make this property. Comfortable layout and nice kitchen. Easy drives to nearby towns and beaches. Host was easy to communicate with and very helpful! If you have small kids, note that the pool is not fenced separately from the backyard, but there are child alarms for the back doors to the pool.

Sweet house. Lots of light. We came at Thanksgiving, but with the swimming pool and big lawn, it's clearly perfect for a summer stay.

Fabulous house in a great location!

We spent almost a week at Shazia's house with family and friends and it was one of our best stays out east (and we go out several times a year!). The house has everything you need and is a great location in Water Mill - great for morning runs, access to beaches, and in general to restaurants and shopping! Shazia is very responsive and wonderful to communicate with. I would stay here every time I'm out if it's available!

excellent property

As soon as i arrived to the house ,i loved it.. clean, spacey ,with a beautiful back yard ( amazing landscaping) and a great hitted pool.. the area also is amazing ( i took an 8 miles walk every morning). shazima was very helpful with every thing..👍👍 good choice..

Great weekend getaway

My friends and I had a great time renting this house for a long weekend. We had originally booked for memorial day weekend and had to postpone due to covid. The owner was great about accommodating the postponement. The house was great! We loved it. The yard was beautiful as well. It's too bad that we went in September and could not enjoy the pool.

Lovely getaway

We all enjoyed our time here. The location was great - close enough to town but not too close - the woods around the house were in beautiful fall colors. Communication with the owner was efficient and everything worked very well. Thank you Shazia!

Great Family Friendly Stay

Had a fantastic time at Shazia's house in Water Mill. Was there for several days with family, including young kids, and everything, especially the pool and grill, worked out great for our needs. Unfortunately when we arrived the property had not been cleaned but Shazia was extremely responsive and the cleaners arrived right away and finished up within 2 hours. Would definitely return again.

Wedding Get Together

Spent a nice weekend with family while attending a family wedding. Nice place. Nice location. Didn’t get to use the swimming pool. Although the pool is heated, the outside air temperature was just a little too cool for swimming.

Wonderful stay in Water Mill!

We had an amazing time at this property for our Hamptons trip. So much that I extended a few more days after the booked time. Beautiful pool and landscape and all the necessary items provided. Beaches and town were about a 10-15 minute drive so fairly easy to get around. The host was responsive for any questions we had during our stay as well. Smooth check in and check out. Can’t wait to stay again next summer!

Girlfriends’ getaway

Shazia’s home was lovely and a central location in the Hamptons. Excellent dining options within a 15/20 min Uber ride away. We also drove to several beaches about 10 min away. The weather was spectacular during our 4 nights stay and we hung out by the pool. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Wonderful home away from home

A bright, clean, lovely, uplifting house with a heated pool. Great for the body and mind. The owner was wonderful - informative, helpful but not intrusive. We only stayed one week but by day 2 I felt it was our home. Lovely. Thank you.

Wonderful Retreat

The house has a lovely feel. It’s big yet somehow cozy. Shazia was an incredible host. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay and she was incredibly responsive and attentive. But the best part of this place is the backyard. It’s private, inviting and so beautiful. And the pool is awesome! I hope to come back one day soon!

Family fun

First of all, the house is elegant, but family friendly. There are games and pool toys for children, and adults to enjoy. We had a few questions, and the owner got back to us immediately. She was great.

I was looking for a weekend get away and fell in love with the Hamptons. It's proximity to the city, having lots of friends nearby, and its unquestionable charm. What is there not to like :).

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This home was designed to serve as a year round property, with a beautiful landscaped oasis outdoors, in the summer, and plenty of winter activities indoors. A movie room that also serves as a games room, a ping pong table, a well equipped kitchen, a cozy family room and plenty of space for children to run around. The barn was used as a stable in the past and there is still evidence of where horses gnawed at the wood. The house is spacious yet cozy and is immaculately maintained. The "split level" prevents a dark basement feel in the lower level. Instead, we have windows and doors that lead straight to the garden. The proximity of the house to Southhampton, Bridgehampton, beaches and many other local attractions is also appealing.
