Sleeps 6 (six). Single family home in the "Heart of the 1000 Islands". Located in downtown ABay area. A Short walk to the tourist shops, restaurants, night life, and a beach with a lifeguard just a 10 to 15 minutes walk away. This house sleeps 6 with 2 full bathrooms. There are many things to do in and around the place such as games, sun bathing, grilling, relaxing, etc. Also a privacy fenced in backyard with deck, gas grill, fire pit, and corn toss. Relax on the front porch and watch the happy tourists.

*Please note*: This place is NOT set up for wheelchairs and walking assistance. The bedrooms and one of the two bathrooms are on the 2nd floor

Inside are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, air conditioners and ceiling fans. Enjoy the spacious kitchen with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, and appliances including a refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, blender, and more. Just bring your food, clothing, and any special needs you may have. We provide soap, shampoo, bedding, pillows, blankets, towels, and just about everything else. However, some guests prefer to bring their own stuff. Washer & dryer available free. Free wireless WiFi for your personal usage and with Streaming many free movies and tv channels for your viewing pleasure. DVD, CD and tape stereo,

In and around the village are many things to do such as: Beach with Life Guards, Uncle Sam Boat Tours, boat rentals, events, shopping, restaurants, bars, parks, wineries / tasting, and marina's. Also walk, bike or drive across the 1000 Island Bridge onto Wellesley Island and/or into Canada.

Hop in your car or boat and within a short drive enjoy the local attractions inside and outside of Alexandria Bay. Clayton, Cape Vincent, Sackets Harbor and Canada are all a short drive away. Enjoy fishing on your boat or a private fishing charter. Boldt Castle, Singer Castle, Boat Tours, Wellesley Island Nature Center, antiquing, golfing, mini golf, river diving, white water rafting, the local zoo, hiking, drive in movie theater, boat rentals, local gift shops, restaurants, and bars. Also, in the area are several places that rent all styles of boats including kayaks, canoes, jet skis, pontoon boats, runabouts, and bicycles.

NOTE: We supply soap, shampoo, towels, bedding, blankets, and pillows to sleep 6 (six), hair dryer, ironing board, and just about everything else you will need is here. OR bring your own.

PARKING: 2 car drive way. Also on street.

Documented Therapy / emotional / Service pets stay free.

PETS: pets must be approved with a copy of their current health and rabies record from the Vet.

The house was very well maintained and in a wonderful location. The yard was greatfor sitting out with the dogs & reading a book. We liked the fact it was only 10 minutesto walk to restaurants, shops & the Harbor. We think Kurt thought of everything to put in the house to make us feel at home.

This house worked perfectly for us. We had a wedding nearby at the River Edge Resort. Kurt keeps the property very clean and the house has everything we needed. We had a couple questions and Kurt was very responsive via txt. Overall a great stay!

We had a great experience in this Vrbo. The host was always available & very helpful whenever we had questions. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked & the beds were very comfortable. It was a nice touch having a dart board in the dining room too. The host left suggestions for local places to eat & they were all great but 1 place was soooo good that I had to compliment the owner. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental.

Kurt was super helpful right from the start.Communication was excellent and he made our stay very enjoyable.The house was very well equipped for anything we needed.The house definitely had the charm of the 1000 Islands.Our favorite part was the backyard.Will definitely be going back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home in Alexandria Bay! The house is full of character, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including games for relaxing evenings. The location couldn't be better—it's in the heart of town, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and attractions, with a convenient mom-and-pop grocery store right next door.Our favorite spots were the inviting front porch, perfect for relaxing and people-watching, and the peaceful backyard with its cozy fire pit. Annual Girls Weekend

River Run weekend

The house accommodations were great, 3 couples no problem. Walking distance to all of Alexandria bay. The host was great with communication, I would stay there again.

A plus in A Bay!!!!

Loved the house!! The location can't be beat, right in the heart of town! Awesome back yard, private and just a great chill spot. Lots of games, movies and things to do jn the house.

This house is in a great location close to downtown. Very roomy and has all the essentials plus many extras. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay. Kurt was very accommodating and helpful.

Great home

Our property was large enough to entertain our family. Owner is wonderful very accommodating, and professional. Nicely stocked kitchen I had all the tools needed to cook for a crowd. Great front porch. Our family is planning to return. There is a also a store right next door, was great if I needed anything.

Excellent location- most attractions in the village within a few minutes by foot. Very clean. Amenities well labeled. Ideal place for familieswith dogs - fenced-in back yard. Owner easily reachable and responsive. Enjoyed the front porchand rear deck. Off-street parking.

Perfect in ABay!

We wanted to come to the River to relax and enjoy - this stay was perfect, well appointed, exceptionally clean. Wish we could have stayed longer to use the fire pit and games! Perfect for the dog as a totally contained yard and picket fence front porch. Perfect for breakfast tea and watching the view. Also next door to a very active and well appointed town market. We will book again next summer. Thanks!

Over the top!!!

This property was by far our best rental. It has everything you can imagine, and than some. The host Kurt was so accommodating. He went above and beyond making sure our stay was enjoyable and we had everything we needed at our fingertips. We definitely will be going back. Great experience!!!

A wonderful vacation home.

My family & I had such a great time staying at this charming home. We decided to extend our stay an extra day. This home has so much character. It is the perfect home for families or couples. The backyard and the front porch was the highlight of our stay. The backyard has a great fire pit which we loved. They had cornhole, lots of chairs, benches & tables with umbrella stands. The outside bar was a nice touch. You instantly feel like you are on vacation. We loved that we were walking distance to the shops, restaurants & bars. We highly recommend taking the twilight cruise. Uncle Sam Boat tours did a great job. We are definitely staying here again!

Family Wedding

We had a great long weekend with our extended family wedding. This location was perfect. Just two blocks to the church and then across the parking lot to catch the boat that brought us to the TIC for the reception. The yard for this home was great to sit and relax or play a few games of corn hole. The front porch was perfect also especially if you enjoy people watching. The inside had all the essentials and more. Very easy walk to the main strip for some shopping and dinner.

The location of the house was perfect for our vacation. We were very thankful for the a/c units as we stayed during a very hot summer day.The hard part was the steep stairs and the too soft queen bed. Both were the reason we cut our vacation a day short. I am very grateful for your stay. I am sorry for your uncomfortable bed and stairs. The queen bed is not a soft mattress. There are a few other beds you could have selected. As for the stairs, they are the original stairs. This is an older house which was more common for slightly smaller stairs for space considerations. I apologize, I was unaware of your disibility. Had I known, I could have made that bed more firm and informed you better of the stairs. Best Regards

LOCATION
Easy 2-15 minutes walk to all the downtown attractions, amenities and Uncle Sam Boat Tours.

There is a nice sandy beach and playground with a life guard just a 10-15 minutes walk.

Next door is the Walton St. Deli Market (open until 11 pm every night except Sunday which is open until 9 pm) for anything you may want such as coffee, meat, food, candy, drinks, beer, etc. Also golf, tennis and a 24 hour fitness club are all about a mile up the road. The St. Lawrence River is just a 1 minute walk away.
