Located on beautiful Lake Keowee in Seneca, South Carolina. This peaceful relaxing home is your ideal vacation getaway and just 30 feet from the water. Gentle sloping walk makes your trips to the waters edge easy. Your boat or jet ski can be tied to the side of the covered dock for easy access. Also you can launch your boat or jet ski directly beside the property. Boat rentals are just a few minutes away. At the entry of the dock is a sunning deck perfect for relaxing on and to enjoy the emerald green waters of Lake Keowee. Voted one of the cleanest lakes in the southeast. Several Golf courses in the area as well as nice Restaurants and Cinemas and of course Clemson Tiger Football! Located just a short drive to breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

The Kitchen, Dining and Living area are designed with an open floor plan with the kitchen being fully equipped for your convenience. We offer wireless internet and Directv on our 42' Flat Screen. Our lakehouse has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master Bedroom has Queen bed and TV. Bedroom #2 offers two twin beds and Bedroom #3 offers King Bed/TV and couch/sitting area.

Lakefront side of house has a covered porch equipped w/ rocking chairs and picnic tables that extend the width of house. From porch has a Weber Gas Grill.

Lake Keowee offers 18,500 acres of emerald green waters and beautiful waterfalls. Most convenient boat ramp location is only a couple miles from home at High Falls County Park.
A quiet, lovely neighborhood to enjoy a very restful lake vacation.

Clemaon Football Weekend

The house was just what we needed. It was not large but suited us perfectly. The long porch overlooking the water was delightful to sit out on. The ktchen was well equipted. and the entire house was spotless. We will stay again if we ever have the opportunity!

Great family getaway

We've rented this comfortable/no frills home for a week the past 2 years. Close to our home in Atlanta as well as the homes of our 2 grown children/grandchild. We book the house then send the kids a "ya'll come when you can" invite. Fantastic time is had by all. See you next year. J Hollis

Great property, great experience!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Cabin was clean, well provisioned, and comfy. We spent a lot of time on the porch, enjoying the view from the rocking chairs and eating all our meals at the table. The property is great. It has a fire pit, lush green grass, and a short walk to a very nice dock with deep water. The dock is perfect for swimming and enjoying the lake. The community boat ramp next door is extremely convenient for those bringing their boats. Jimmy is an excellent host who really cares about his guests and their experience on the lake. Highly recommend!

Exactly what we were looking for

We just stayed a week at this property. It was so relaxing! Exactly as advertised. The house is no frills but comfortable, clean, and has everything you really need. We are a cooking family and found the kitchen small but had all the utensils needed to make all our meals. There wasn't alot of of space for all our pantry food but we made it work. The beds are comfortable. The water pressure and hot water was really nice even with both showers running. The back yard is really really nicely landscaped. We traveled with our toddler (16month) and spent alot! Of time walking the hill and playing in the grass. The dock and lake is beautiful. There is a ladder at the end to swim, the water is very clear green and was refreshing. Fishing was unsuccessful but we saw many small fish up by the bank. My biggest complaint was the entire house was white carpet which with a 16 month old was terrifying but it was in immaculate shape and very comfortable. I would definitely stay at this property again. The owner Jimmy is extremely attentive and you can tell he truly cares about the property. He called the day before arrival to give little tidbits like info about the light switches, where to shop, and make sure we didn't have any questions. Then he called the first morning to make sure everything was OK. Finally he called on day of check out to make sure we enjoyed our time and see if we had any issues. I highly highly recommend this property!

Great property- quiet street right on the lake

Our 5-person family had a blast staying at Jimmy’s house! It certainly was “no frills” as another reviewer suggested, but came complete with everything you might need for a relaxing stay on the lake. The house only has neighbors on one-side and they were lovely people. As parents, we enjoyed that all of our kids slept in the back of the house and we were able to stay in the den and front bedroom without disturbing them as they slept. Jimmy is a fabulous owner who was in contact before and during our trip.

Cozy Lake House

Enjoyed rocking on the porch early in the mornings drinking coffee. Kids spent a lot of time trying to reel in fish, but no luck. Kitchen was stocked with all cooking pots and dishes we needed. Had plenty of nice towels and linens were a good thread count. Beds were comfortable and house was cozy and comfortable. Neighborhood was nice.

Quiet cove with easy access to the main channel. Brand new modern dock. Gentle slope to the water and grassy back yard. The porch, with its rocking chairs, is great for evening cocktails with family or friends. The house is clean and comfortable and although it is an older house, everything works great. The owner, Jimmy, is easy to reach, and he is the first VRBO owner that made an initial call when I checked in to ensure everything was ok. And repeated the call at the end of my stay to do the same.

Great Dock, Easy walk down to the lake, wonderful porch!

We have rented numerous houses on Lake Keowee in the past and this house had the best dock by far. Nice easy walk down to the lake. Sitting on the porch enjoying the nice breeze was my favorite part. Jimmy was easy to work with and very helpful.
