Look no further for your perfect mountain getaway in any season...return from your outdoor adventures to the warmth of this spacious, well-appointed townhome with breathtaking views of the slopes, located in Lakota, the most prestigious neighborhood in Winter Park.

Located across Hwy 40 from Winter Park Resort and the Fraser River Trail. Free on-call shuttle service to the base of the slopes, stop is 2-3 minute walk from front door. Easy access to miles of mountain biking and hiking trails. Minutes from downtown and all amenities and attractions.

Relax with friends and family in the plush great room, fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and large dining table. Enjoy the sunset from the large deck or soak in the private outdoor hot tub while you watch the snow gently fall around you. Settle down before the fireplace and enjoy a blu-ray movie in surround sound, family game night or a good book.

Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in the private, 3rd-floor master bedroom, queen in the second bedroom, a full over queen bunk bed in the third bedroom, plus a queen pullout sofa bed in the living room. Sleeps up to 10, well-suited to multiple families.

Everything was perfect!! We had the most amazing time at this beautiful home. Host was very responsive, home was exactly what we envisioned and the location was perfect! Details down to the dog bowls with treats in them… so welcoming. Will stay here again for sure!! Oh and the jacuzzi was top notch!

We loved this beautiful and sparking clean home with everything we needed for our stay! The kitchen was well stocked with pristine cookware, utensils, and appliances so we could easily make meals. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were immaculate. Plus the hot tub and mountain views were superb! We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and thank our hosts!

Fantastic place. Very clean and has everything you need for a great visit to Winter Park. Easy, on-going shuttle service to base of Winter Park Resort for skiing. Views of mountains from condo are spectacular! Can’t wait to visit again.

Great experience

Two families of four in town to ski for a couple of days. Location is excellent with a great view of the slopes. Home is very spacious and worked well for us to cook, relax and enjoy the views. Garage was nice to park in and store ski gear out of the snow. Communication with owners was very quick and helpful. Highly recommend.

Good view and location. We walked to Winter Park. Townhouse was spacious and well appointed. Loved the hot tub with the view of the snowy slopes. Easy to relax here. Owners went out of there way to make sure all the little things were here so we could feel at home. Would come back. Note to owners - The dinner plates don't fit in the dishwasher (too tall), the kitchen sink faucet leaks from the base, and the window above the master bed could use some kind of cover (residences across the street can see right in).

Everything we ever could of wanted

We had a group of six and the house was spacious! Lots of room to get away from each other if needed. View out the back was amazing and had a view of the ski runs. Hot tub was life changing after a day of skiing . Transportation to the resort was so easy and the bus stop is just up the hill. We made all our meals in the kitchen and it was fully stocked with equipment . Loved this home and the hosts were kind and communicative if needed. Would stay again and hopefully use the master tub next time! Shower was great too and all the guests enjoyed the other rooms.

The house wasn't clean. We found pills on the floor and it was dusty! Towels were left in the dryer and and few other things made it look like it didn't get cleaned enough. Guests questioned if the bedding was washed. The house was in a great location and we live winter park. We vacation almost every year there. Communications with owners was amazing!

Prace was really clean and property owner were nice to deal with.. Amazing views from the deck, living room and dinning room. Would certainly book again. 10 people might be somewhat tight. Seven were there and it was perfect.

Originally from Southern Ontario, Canada, our family of four has called Fort Collins home since 2008. Our favorite family activity is skiing but we enjoy playing in the Colorado sunshine year-round (apart from an annual getaway to the North Carolina coast).

Since our family caught the skiing bug, we've wanted a home in the mountains so we could hone our skills in some of the best powder conditions anywhere. This is our all-seasons retreat where we come to disconnect, relax, and enjoy some quality play time as a family.

We love Winter Park because it's a terrific town, the resort is huge (we'll never get bored!), and it's an easy drive from Northern Colorado while central to many great ski resorts and year-round attractions.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We quickly fell in love with the breathtaking views of the ski hill from the cozy living room. We could literally picture ourselves relaxing in front of the fire (or the hot tub!) after an invigorating day on the slopes. Its prime location allows us to make the most of our time here - minutes from the base, hiking and biking trails, and Downtown Winter Park restaurants and shopping.
