The positives of this location / townhouse: It was a spacious unit, in a quiet neighborhood. I went for walks often and never felt unsafe. We liked having the clubhouse nearby; we used the hot tub a few times. The wi-fi worked well - never had a problem with it.

Amazing house, will definitely stay again!

The house was beautiful and a great location! The house was very clean and had everything we needed and loved having the ease of a keypad to get into the house instead of picking up and dropping off keys. My family will definitely want to stay there again!

Vacation home

A very nice home with large kitchen, living room with lake view. Three very nice bedrooms upstairs with two bathrooms. Also bathroom on ground floor has shower. Will definitely stay here again.

Great respite!

We loved the condo and the quiet surroundings. The packet that was provided to us was extremely informative regarding the home and area. Walking is great, stores nearby. Awesome home!

Excellent place to stay while visiting Florida

The house was clean, ready to accommodate our stay. Gated community, safe and quiet. Never had a problem with any of the house amenities nor appliances. All you could think of having in your own home was readily available for us. Highly recommend it

Great property

We really liked this townhouse. It came very well equipped with towels and kitchen items. Comfortable furniture. Great to have washer and dryer. Great area for walking, safe property. Hot tub and workout room were good. Gators in ponds were entertaining to check out. Cranes walked the neighborhood.

Excellent condition upon arrival. Slight ant issue especially around the sink area. Air conditioner only being set to 73 keeps the house warm but used the available fan. Everything was great and will be rebooking in the future.

Everything was fine except for dryer not working. Took one week to get new one installed. It was new and very nice. Asked for a little compensation and got no reply.

Would not use iTripOrlando EVER

I was going to leave a decent review but due to the lack of communication between the host and property manager I am not. The house was clean but the security guard was extremely rude the entire time we were there. A family member couldn't even stay in the house we paid for because we had to register him as a visitor when the listing clearly states the security guard/guard house will register visitors. I will never rent in this coummunity again or with anything having to do with iTripOrlando. I also called the after hour access/gate issue phone number and left a message and guess what...no one has still returned my phone call.

2633 Old Kent Circle

The town home is clean within a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, appliances, and silverware. The only problems we are having is with the televisions which are working downstairs in the living areas and one upstairs in the bedroom with the queen bed. The one in the master bedroom and the bedroom with the twin beds do not work no matter how many times we have tried. We have been unsuccessful in using the 611 number to get assistance. We are staying here until February the 6th so I hope someone reads this and gets us some assistance.

Our Florida visit

We enjoyed our stay very much as we have friends that rent just down the way. We had stayed in the unit beside for a few years however it has since been sold. The unit beside had a barbecue so we missed that. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The unit was spacious & clean. Would prefer no carpet as it is easier to keep clean during our visit. Overall we enjoyed our visit. Jim & Eileen

Good location and nice development

This was our second 5-week stay in this condo. It's a comfortable home and a quiet development. There's a lot of room and it has everything you need. Access to the recreation center is a nice bonus. The cleaning was fine, but there were some things that could be better (the stairs could have been vacuumed better, and the chandelier and light fixtures had lots of cobwebs and dust). Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again.

Nice bucks for your money

Altought the house was well located (30 minutes from parks) and had everything ready to use it, the cleaning was a little disappointing. It seemed like the house was closed for a long time so our toilets had mould inside and the whole house had a musty smell. Had a few maintance issues but they were solved fast by the help line
