This unit is in a gated community with a dedicated, covered, parking spot. There is additional unassigned guest parking as well.

PLEASE NOTE: Resort fees are paid directly to the Resort upon check-in. These fees cover everyone in the reservation, and they are in addition to the lodging fees paid on Airbnb. Resort fees are as follows:

✔ November 1, 2025 - May 31, 2026: Administration fee of $250 (one time fee) and Daily resort fee of $60 + tax per day
✔ June 1, 2026 - October 31, 2026: Administration fee of $150 (one time fee) and Daily resort fee of $50 + tax per day

Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Please respect these times to allow our cleaning team to prepare Naples Bay Retreat for the next guests.

Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book.

House Rules: To ensure a comfortable stay for all, our property is non-smoking. No pets allowed. Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to maintain a peaceful environment.

Cancellation Policy: Please review our cancellation policy before booking. We do not make exceptions based on weather, illness or other emergencies. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
