Casa Benissima is set on a hillside and spans three levels.
You will arrive at the street-level entrance, where you can park your car comfortably under the carport. From here, gently sloping exterior stairways on both sides of the villa lead you to the guest levels below—each designed for comfort, privacy, and effortless living.

The entire property radiates the beloved Spanish ambiance: a relaxed atmosphere complemented by a gentle Mediterranean breeze. Listen to the rustle of swaying palm trees—everything invites you to savor the good life.

On the middle level, discover two beautifully appointed bedrooms and a cozy living room with a contemporary open kitchen—fully equipped for cooking. Enjoy seamless entertainment with a smart TV featuring Google Chromecast and high-speed internet.

Retreat to the tranquil sleeping quarters, where each bedroom offers its own luxurious bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. One bathroom is en-suite for added privacy. Premium touches—air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room—ensure a blissfully comfortable night’s rest.

Descending to the lower level, the villa reveals its most captivating feature: a large pool (5x10 meters) bordered by an expansive pool terrace and a lush Mediterranean garden. Relax on one of the four sun loungers beneath elegant Bali parasols, unwind in the shaded outdoor living room (the “Naya”).

The vast garden is a treasure, with a 200-year-old carob tree, various palms, olive trees, and cacti, as well as fruit trees such as orange, pear, pomegranate, fig, lemon, and persimmon. You’ll also find vibrant bougainvillea and oleander hedges. After a dip in the pool, rinse off under the eco-shower.

On the Costa Blanca, every evening from May to October feels like a warm summer evening. Dining and drinking outdoors with friends or family—what more could you want?

The top level is the owner’s private area, which is not in use while guests are staying. During your stay, the villa and all guest facilities are entirely yours to enjoy—ensuring complete privacy throughout the property.
