Casa Vice Versa is a 4 bedrooms villa, sleeps 8 refurnished and decorated . Superb accommodation on one level, excepted Bedroom 4 and bathroom 3 which are independent. It has got a look over Moraira‘s Ifach golf and a beautiful sea view. Moraira has a lovely marina with elegant yachts and fishing boats catching fish daily and a club nautico offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are numerous traditional and contemporary restaurants as well as trendy lounge bars to tempt you.

Great holidays aside from little exceptions

We spent three weeks enjoying the house and it‘s surrounding. The facility is high quality equipped with already everything you need.A few helpful Information only:1. There is only one hairdryer available. So bring your own when travelling with more people.2. The white patio furniture on the picture on the web isn‘t available anymore. 3. The separated flat downstairs is fully equipped as well on same level of quality. Due to humidity and oneway ventilation with one window there is some black mould at the wall especially below the air condition.4. There is construction work going on nearby why there was disturbing noise in July.5. The power supply was interrupted three times. Twice it restarted automatically, once we had to clarify with the landlady to get access to the fuse box that is located behind an electric gate of the garage (which of course doesn‘t work when power is off). The problem maybe located outside the house.6. There is no picture of the outdoor kitchen. In the kitchen there is a kitchen sink and an electric plancha available providing fun to BBQ Fans.7. There are some ant trails around the house from the garden beds to the roof. More than I’m used to. But there are no ants inside the house. Keep the terrace free from food.8. Ten days after departure we‘d some trouble with the landlady as her cleaner wasn‘t accepting the way we cleaned it/left it. We can‘t understand that.

Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux à Moraira. La villa est très fonctionnelle, et très agréable à vivre. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et facilement joignables. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Enjoyable stay despite significant building work close by.

Beautiful villa, immaculately clean with great amenities. Over all we had a great time, however the villas either side are undergoing significant renovations which did impact our rest and relaxation, this was unfortunate for us. We were woken very early most mornings and the noise continued throughout the day. Other wise a convenient location to town and shops etc.

Wir hatten drei wunderschöne und erholsame Wochen in diesem liebevoll renovierten und eingerichteten Haus und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Das sagt doch wohl alles?! Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mehr geht kaum.

Wir hatten das Glück diese wunderschöne und gerade renovierte Villa zu mieten. Wir hatten wunderbare 14 Tage. Ausstattung: Exzellent, hochwertig, alles was man braucht und mehr Sauberkeit: exzellent, Der Pool wird einmal pro Woche professionell gereinigt und die Filter sind sehr gut dimensioniert und eingestellt. Lage: Die am Hang gelegene Villa ist gut erreichbar, obwohl uns die Straßenführung im Baugebiet, trotz Navigation manchmal schwer viel. Einkaufen und shoppen ist in unmittelbarer Nähe 5min-15min möglich, je nachdem was man braucht. Autobahn in 10-15min erreichbar. allgemein: Garten und Haus sind super gepflegt und bieten ein wunderbares Wohlfühlambiente. Die neue Grillecke / Outdoor kitchen mit elektrischen Planchagrill, ist super! Tipp: Strand Calpe, südlicher Teil der nordliche Bucht , am Felsen. Super Schnorchelmöglichkeit, feiner Sandstrand. Besuch in Valencia, Ausflug zu den Fonts de l‘algar.

The house is very nice, tastefully decorated and has enough space for 8 people. The outdoor facilities including the pool have just been renovated and are very nice. Everything (indoor, outdoor) was very clean at our arrival. The surroundings are nice, the golf course and tennis courts on the doorstep. The contact with Marie was very good. We had once a problem with the pool, here Marie had taken care directly and immediately organized a check. One of the best accommodations we have had so far.

ESTANCIA EXCELENTE

Hemos pasado una semana de agosto .maravillosa. La casa perfecta, no se le puede poner un pero. Limpia, muy amplia y completa. No le falta ningún detalle, en un entorno muy tranquilo pero bien comunicado. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones, pero, aunque no nos lo puediero solucionar dada las fechas en las que fuimos, el propietario nos envió enseguida a un técnico para intentar repararlo. En definitiva, una casa a la que volvería a ir.

Pour notre premier séjour sur la Costa Blanca, nous avons grandement apprécié le confort et la tranquillité de la Villa. La piscine et la terrasse ont été les atouts de cette demeure lors de notre séjour. La région est propice au farniente, la plage du Portel et les restaurants alentours sont très appréciables. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de nos vacances dans ce petit coin d’Espagne. Merci aux propriétaires pour leurs disponibilités et la qualité de leur maison.

Eine Villa zum bleiben

Ich schreibe diese Bewertung extra erst nach zwei Wochen, damit sie nicht zu überschwänglich wird. Wir waren 5 Personen und im Juli in der Villa. Die Villa steht auf einem recht großen Grundstück. Ebenerdig liegt eine große Garage, Daneben befindet sich ein (separiertes) Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Über die außen liegenden Treppen gelangt man auf die Terasse mit Pool. Auf dieser Ebene befinden sich alle weiteren Räume. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad, 2 weitere Schlafzimmer mit einem dazwischen liegenden Bad, eine Küche und das sehr große Wohnzimmer. Alles ist sehr vornehm eingerichtet und die Räume sind alle individuell klimatisiert. Der Ausblick vom Pool sowie aus dem Wohnzimmer ist sagenhaft. Es gibt zwei große Kühl- Gefrierkobinationen, eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. In der Küche gibt es fast alle möglichen Geräte, Töpfe, Pfannen...... Dies war das beste Ferienhaus, welches wir seit 10 Jahren hatten!!!! Das Beste ist wirklich die Lage und der damit verbundene Ausblick.

Lovely tranquil villa

Wow what a fantastic place. Set in a peaceful location home from home. Everything you need for a worry free holiday is provided. Furnished to a very high standard with comfortable beds. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to holiday in this area. Service from the owners was of a high standard and answered all questions we posed promptly and in full. The local shops are not to far away and there are a number of restaurants in the area we even had take away paella which was very good. A fantastic base in a beautiful part of spain.

Amazing villa

Perfect holiday villa

A very homely villa in a lovely location. All on one level, very practical for outdoor living, great pool. Quite private - naked sunbathing/swimming not an issue if that is your need. Very tranquil. Smart and stylish inside, with efficient aircon. Does everything a holiday villa should do, with style. Highly recommended.

The villa delivers on all what it promises. It is located in a superb location with wonderful views and all amenities close by. The villa itself is not just a rental house it is a home which the owners have refurbished and decorated very tastefully. It is comfortable, inviting and one feels at home instantly. The owners are very correct people and have put heart and soul in their holiday home project. We staid with two families of 4 and had one of our best holidays, both adults and children. Top marks all round!

we went in this area several times. we fall in love of Moraira village and we decided to get a property there. We do not regret our choice and we hope you'll spend great time in this peaceful place, as we do each time we come.

Our villa is based in a very pleasant and quiet urbanisation where you can enjoy the song of birds and where you'll find a lot of vegetation which is a big advantage in such a hot area. Once you stay in Moraira, you always want to come back again.
