My Favorite Beach Vacation To Date! Condo was amazing. Location unbeatable. Steps from beach access. The ice maker was a favorite as well. Jeffrey was responsive and friendly and gave great recommendations. We are definitely coming back

Hello, I noticed you rated my property four out of five stars, but did not leave a comment. If you could , would you please let me know where we fell short in order to better serve you and future guests. The condo was exactly as described and pictured. It was maybe 20 feet from either beach access and the pools. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the ground unit and our place had everything we needed Nice decor, comfortable beds and great location. Our only difficulty was that we had three cars so we needed to park one across the road. Very dangerous and timely trying to cross an extremely busy four lane highway. This is not in any way the owner’s issue but our own. We would definitely stay there again but only bring two cars!!

Absolutely LOVED this unit! Ground level was a game changer for us. It was so convenient and the unit itself was well stocked and nicely decorated. I’m the pickiest vacationer ever and searched 100’s of condos before deciding on this one. I feel we hit the jackpot. Will be staying here again for sure!

Enjoyed the condo and the deck furniture for morning coffee and reading. Our granddaughter liked being able to run on the grass while we sat out. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was decorated nicely. We enjoyed playing the scrabble game the day it rained.

We loved our stay at the condo. Location was perfect and we loved being able to walk right out into the green space and then down to the beach. Furniture was accommodating and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!Photo from the condo porch!

We had such an amazing trip. The location of this condo is incredible - especially if you have kids. The lawn right off the patio was a Mecca for all the kids to play whiffle ball, football, frisbee - you name it! Being steps from the boardwalk to the beach and pool were so awesome - we will definitely be booking with Jeff again!

Great experience!!

We were looking for the perfect place for our family week, and we found it! Such a lovely newly-renovated condo, perfect location, and couldn’t beat the ground floor convenience! The owner is hands down the best property manager we’ve ever worked with - accommodating, honest and kind. Will definitely seek to utilize his properties in the future!

The property smelled fantastic. Plenty of mold in both bathrooms. Housekeeping was called to come to change out shower liners that were both covered in mold. When they left they took the shower, curtains as well with them, and also left the wrappers from the new liners in the floor. Which left us with only clear liners had been traveling with more people that could have been very awkward.Showerhead in front bath and the kitchen sink sprayer are very calcified. We could not use the icemaker it with full of mold and just constantly making a noise. At 8:30 AM on Monday a man showed up to replace it without any notice to us. check out was not until 10 so we were preparing to check out. I was in the restroom at the time came out and he was in the kitchen. A heads up that somebody was coming would’ve been great. Called maintenance on our second day there regarding the shower curtain liner left a message. No one had responded. Waited a while to email the owner of he had not responded we would’ve never known that anybody was coming to replace it. For the price of the property, I expected a cleaner environment also having to pay 200 for a cleanup fee that I pretty much had to come in and clean before being able to use some of the stuff in the condo. Photos will be included. As you can see in one of the photos, we found a shrimp shell in the decorative bowl on the kitchen table. You might want to consider a new housekeeping service for this property.

Thank you for your comments and honest feedback. I do apologize for your experience while visiting our home. We strive make every stay a positive one and do not like falling short. I am sorry you were disappointed you were unable to receive the $200 cleaning fee as requested, but proper procedures we followed in reporting and correcting issues found upon your arrival. Had you notified me of the issue with the kitchen and shower faucets, I would have had that corrected as well. As you can gather from other guest reviews, cleanliness is our top priority and rarely do guests have anything negative to say in regards to this. Again, I apologize we fell short of expectations.

Fantastic location

The unit was clean. Well stocked. Fantastic location. Walk right off the patio to beach and pool. Shopping right across the street. Some of the unit was updated but a few things could use a little more. The owner was very responsive and gave good instructions. Love the no formal check in process.

Family-friendly perfection

You can really tell that this is an owner-operated unit. Everything is quality and feels like a home away from home. The ground floor unit is perfect for the littles to run around in the grass before heading to the beach. We stayed at Easter and the management even put eggs out for our kids to find. So “above and beyond”!!The outdoor pool was getting remodeled while we were there (we saw this in the listing) but the indoor pool was more than adequate. Will keep this one saved for future stays. Location was super convenient to groceries, necessities and entertainment.
