The unit comes fully furnished, with a large 50” Smart TV in the living room with another Smart TV in the primary bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking, including pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffee maker. Washer and Dryer on site, We are Dog friendly, there is a 160.00 nonrefundable fee. Our community offers a dog park. Respect our furnishings, if your pet has been at the dog beach or rolling in the yard, if you are planning on bringing pet, please disclose it in a message. I hate it when the cleaning crew tells me in the form of a added bill.
