Tropical paradise!! Heated pool home, 1 mile from Casey Key Beach and the boat ramp.

Come enjoy tropical living in a backyard paradise. The backyard is an enclosed tropical oasis, safe for children and pets. The outdoor area is perfect for large gatherings and entertaining, with seating for 12 people.
The pool has a beautiful waterfall surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, a fire pit for nighttime gatherings, and 2 grills to cook your fresh catch of the day.
When your ready to call it a night, curl up with loved ones and watch a movie through one of our smart tv’s or login to your own service and finish watching your show.
Pack light because we thought of all your basic needs.
We also have basic necessities for your pets. We have dog bowls, large dog crate, leash, oatmeal shampoo, and lavender shampoo.
Must stay over 30 days.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We made great memories by the pool, bike riding for ice cream and to the beach. Host was excellent, quick to respond, and had all we needed at this clean property. Kids say it's their best vacation yet.

Very nice place. Has everything you need for a trip to the beach or just enjoy your own tropical backyard. Close to beaches and activities but tucked away for privacy.

The home was a comfortable and super convenient place to stay for the month of January. Our host, Cory was incredibly helpful and responsive. We loved the backyard and the home's proximity to downtown Venice and the area beaches. We had our dog with us and the house/yard worked beautifully for our pet.

We have rented a number of times through VRBO and this was without a doubt the best equipped. Everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Cory was great and communicated well with us. Pool was fantastic! Right temperature and a very private yard. Plenty of games and such to entertain family members. Location is perfect. Everything you need close by (within a mile or two). Highly recommend this property. Loved our stay!

The house was nicely laid out and furnished. The pool was wonderful. Everything we needed was included even beach gear and spices. We would stay there again.

Amazing backyard! Awesome host!

We stayed at this home for 6 days with our three grown children and golden retriever. The house was perfect. It had everything we needed! Pool and backyard were totally awesome for chilling on a sunny day! Cory is a great host and communication was excellent. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Truly a gem

House was very clean and spacious. Between the pool and proximity to the beach this home is a must have for a trip. I would not want to stay anywhere else when I go for another visit. Cory was a great host and really provided everything

Perfect house in a perfect location

This was the absolutely perfect house for my trip and Cory was a great host. He made sure I had everything I needed and checked in a few times throughout my stay. The backyard had everything I needed—a heated pool, fence, for my dog, and a great patio area for relaxing. The house is about a mile from the beach and in a very safe location. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Little oasis

The house was just what we needed for a relaxing girls trip. The kitchen was well stocked. Loved having our own pool. The house is conveniently located to the beach and stores. Took no time at all to get to Nokomis Beach. The house was stocked with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas.

Great For Families

Host Cory was friendly and helpful. We all loved his home; especially the backyard with great pool! It is supplied with everything you could need for a relaxing family vacation; including beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, fishing poles, floaties, coolers, and beach games. The house was well equipped with kitchen supplies, bedding, and games.A nice touch was cooled bottled water and red wine. We will definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this home.

Cheryl and her family were awesome guest. Kept the house spotless and cleaned up entire house before they left. Washed all linens and made it easy for me to get ready for next guest. Cheryl will always be welcomed back and I would highly recommend to any other host

Wonderful property with everything you need for a delightful beach vacation!

We visit during Memorial Day weekend. The property was as described, owners were very informative about the property and what to do in the area. The pool is delightful and the tall fence in the back gives you great privacy. We were all adults visiting with my 4 legged babies, and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much to Robin and Cory to share their home with us!

Perfection!

The owners keep an immaculate home and the outdoor area is fantastic with the beautiful pool that has a waterfall and awesome lights at night! The home is located near many places to eat, we chose to cook our meals and all items were provided to cook with! The home is fully stocked with anything you can think of, which makes it really nice to travel a light! I would definitely stay here again!

Tropical retreat

We were here in the month of March and spent hours lounging in the palm shaded pool on many 80°+ days. Great back yard and pool. Everything you need to make a meal, be comfortable in the house, in the yard and at the beach. Any minor issues were dealt with immediately. Convenient location, quiet neighborhood.

Backyard paradise

It was a perfect location! So close to Casey Key and Venice. Being so close to Wawa, hotel and Tamiami I was worried but it was NOT noisy at all. House is cute, small but clean and has everything you could need for a relaxing beach vacation. The backyard was a little piece of paradise with a gorgeous pool. Communication with Cory the owner was great and he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you!!!

Perfect location for a vacation.

The property was everything they said it would be in their email. Most importantly, the A/C works really well so the house stays nice and cool and there are ceiling fans in all rooms. Everything was clean and in order. Easy access to town (shopping, groceries, gas stations, etc.). Property is well lit. Pool is amazing, with water fall and shade throughout the day. Owners are very nice and accommodating. Will definitely be staying again.

The Perfect Experience

Where to begin… - Host, Cory: We’ve never had a better host when it comes to communication and hospitality. He even texted us the day of check-in to see if it was OK to drop off beautiful new outdoor furniture before we arrived. He checked in with us periodically just to make sure we had all we needed. - House: perfectly appointed with everything we could have needed - even an air fryer! Immaculately clean and comfortable. Screened front porch was perfect for evenings and our dog was in heaven. - Pool/yard: Such an oasis! Beautiful landscaping. If you are looking for the place to spend those hot summer days - this is it! - Location: We are divers and spent 4 days diving. 5 minutes to the boat launch and Casey Key beach. Conveniently located to everything!! We are already planning our next visit!

It was a pleasure hosting Heather and her family. They kept the house spotless, clean and respectful. Communication with Heather was easy and on point with a positive attitude. They helped us so much to help get house ready for next guest as I had a double booking when they left. All I can say is she’s family now and can’t wait to for her to come back home .
