La Casa - Spacious apartment in historic villa with private lake access

Relax with your family or friends in this quiet accommodation. Each room overlooks romantic windows of the lake. You can share a plate of pasta on the beautiful terraces or retreat in private and relax in freshly renovated rooms. The villa has a private access to the lake and the apartment has a private dock. You can use it with your rented boat or with a taxi boat to discover the lake.

The apartment consists of the second floor and the attic of this historic villa.
It is possible to park two cars inside the courtyard and reach the private entrance of the house, independent from the other two apartments. The parking is best fit for two middle-sized cars, or a bigger one and a city-car.

The accommodation is divided into two floors:
On the first floor we find the dining room, a large living room and a kitchen where you can cook all together. If the weather is ideal, our suggestion is to eat on the outside terrace and enjoy a wonderful view. On the main floor there are also two rooms; the first room (bed 200x180cm) has a study corner that overlooks the most beautiful side of the lake at sunset, while the second room (bed 195x140cm) has a private terrace. The bathroom is fully equipped and has both a shower corner and a bathtub.
The second attic floor houses the other two rooms (bed 195x140 and bed 190x170) and a bathroom, also equipped with a splendid bathtub and a large shower.

Upon request it is possible to have a cot for infants and a high chair to sit at the table all together.

A few meters away you will also find the ferry dock and the bus stop, if these are the means of transport you will use to visit our beautiful lake.

Nearby you will find bars and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Do not hesitate to ask us for suggestions!
