2nd Floor Oceanfront Corner Unit

This corner unit has amazing views of the ocean and resort amenities from the living area, dining area and kitchen. The walls of glass also provide access to the wraparound balcony where you will enjoy all of the sights and sounds from the cozy Adirondack style seating. Seawatch is an awesome family friendly resort complete with indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, an oceanfront restaurant, tiki bar, pizza place, and ice cream shop all managed by the friendly Seawatch staff.

This 3-bedroom unit has an open floorplan allowing guests to gather and enjoy extensive ocean views from the kitchen, living area and dining area. The large living area with plenty of seating including a full size sofa and love seat. There are two full bathrooms and TV's in the living area and in every bedroom.

New plank flooring has been installed throughout the unit and the condo has been painted throughout. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops, new bar stools and stainless steel appliances. Additional updates in 2023 include new bedding and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

The master bedroom has king-size bed, a private bathroom and has ocean views and direct access to the wraparound balcony. The master bath has been updated with a custom shower with body sprays. Blackout drapes are perfect for sleeping in, however, you owe it to yourself to check out the breathtaking sunrise views at least once!

The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two full-size beds. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom, which has been updated with a new vanity.

Great time at Seawatch in Myrtle Beach

This condo is great for a family visit to Myrtle Beach. The room is conveniently located close to the elevator that leads to the pool and beach access. The owners were very easy to communicate with and weā€™re sure our stay was comfortable.

Great property for us

The condo is really well kept and love the layout. Wasn't 100% sure about the position in the South Tower, but really liked it doesn't get cooked by the sun and gets a wind break. Brantley was very responsive on a couple of questions. Really enjoyed the stay and Sea Watch is nice.

The condo was in a good location for viewing the ocean. But there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The sheets on some of the beds were dirty and needed to be washed before we could use the beds. The shower curtain in the shared bathroom was disgusting and we had to wash it before we could use the shower. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms did not work and the toilet in the master bathroom had an issue with constantly running. The noise from the pool is fairly loud at night so if you are a person who retires before 11, this could be an issue. Also take your own games, because very little is provided in that regard.

Cute Decor, Nice Location

We've stayed at Sea Watch many times since it was built. It's our family's favorite vacation spot. It's in a nice area and we love that it's beach front. This is our first year in this room. It's maybe a little smaller than other three bedroom rooms we've stayed in. We liked that it was on the second floor, which is perfect for kids and seniors. Grandma and Grandpa could watch us from the balcony. I loved the coastal decor in the room, very relaxing. I think the room over all could use a little TLC. Perhaps a paint refresh and a good deep cleaning. I felt the need to clean a bit when we first arrived. The weekly cleaning was satisfactory; sheets were clean, appliances looked new. It was nice having fans in the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. All in all we had a really nice time as a family. Another good year at Sea Watch in the books.

Very nice stay! The host was excellent. A few minor things came up and Brantley and Kevin were all over it. Fyi, this is a 2nd floor unit. Pros and cons with that. Pro, dont need to use elevator. Cons, can be a little louder at night. You may hear pool area or firepit until 11pm. Resort seems to be very good at shutting things down outside at 11pm sharp Properly has all sorts of water features. This is our 3rd vrbo in 3 years. Only one where hot tubs actually worked. Maintenance is on site and feels like they are paying attention and keeping things running. Wyndham property. Probably better than a random condo where hot tub might get fixed in a week or two. Check in and out was super easy. As mentioned, the hosts are fantastic. Definitely stay here! Bathrooms are small but the tubs are excellent. Easy to get in and out of.

Great Facility, Location and unit overall

This resort is wonderful and has everything you need. from quick access to pools, amenities and the ocean. The unit itself is tastefully decorated, nicely furnished and perfect for a family. Most everything needed was there. It was overall pretty clean but a deep clean of the baseboard and behind the beds is needed, otherwise this is a perfect unit. Great views and quick access to parking also a bonus!! Lastly the hosts were amazing. Great communication through out the process and stay. We even had a leak in the unit while we were away at dinner as a result of the resort maintenance putting in a defective valve in the ceiling. But no damage occurred to the unit or our stuff. The host was quick to respond and gave us options to get repairs done and by 10am the next morning everything was repaired, cleaned and back to normal. Really very little interruption during our stay but it was not as a result of the owners neglect just maintenance that happens in resort buildings sometimes. Vacation was great and the unit was great also. Thanks you to the hosts for a wonderful time at Myrtle beach. We will definitely book again.

Decent stay but needs work

Myrtle Beach is an old town and this resort is no different, very old property. Decent amenities and beach access is wonderful-which is the best part. Condo needs a lot of TLC. Price fits value.

Wonderful Condo

We greatly enjoyed our visit to this condo. The view and size of the balcony was incredible. We didnā€™t find the pool to be noisy. The proximity to the elevator made it super easy to get down to the first floor to head to the beach or pool. The condo was spacious, the perfect size for our family. The beds were comfortable. The location of this condo made it super easy to get anywhere we wanted or needed to go, from Wal-Mart to restaurants, in minutes. If we plan future trips to Myrtle Beach, we will certainly return to this condo.

Loved it so much!

This property was well-maintained and we loved the second floor location, making the stairs an easy option. I loved the proximity to the pool, although it could be a little loud at night. But the tradeoff of being able to have the older kids run upstairs if they forgot something was great. This property was so close to the highway we came in on, and was centrally located for so many of our activities. Would absolutely stay here again.
