We had a great stay. Our grandchildren loved the playground and doing the crafts.I have stayed on this property many times but this condo was definitely one of the nicer ones.Great view of the ocean and beautiful sunrises

Nice little place for our girls' trip. Was nicely appointed and had great views of the ocean.

Balcony ocean views spectacular. Pool large and well maintained. Place was adequate for our group-master has an ocean view but not the other 2 bedrooms. Washer/ dryer lint is thick behind the trap-needs updated as does the living room furniture.

Nice ocean front condo with lots of amenities and with beautiful views of the ocean and sunrise. Would stay again and I recommend this condo for your next Myrtle Beach vacation.

The view is amazing. It was so calming just sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean. We didn't use the pool, but it looked great!

Love staying at the Sea Watch

The resort(Sea Watch) takes care of the facilities. The pools and hot tubs are wonderful. We appreciated the outdoor bar. The condo served our needs. We were 4 adults and a 2 year old. Three bedrooms with three bathrooms were perfect. However, the beds are old and have absolutely no support. I would stay again only if the beds were updated.

Very Satisfied

Prior to check in they answered all of my questions and were so easy to get ahold of! We couldn't be more pleased with our stay from check in to check out, the entire process was so easy! The condo was super clean and everything was very nice. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we loved the recliner and couch... though we didn't spend much time inside! Thank you for such a great stay! We will be back!!

Have stayed in this unit a few times and always enjoyed. This time the kitchen was filthy. The cloth chairs are dirty. The upholstery could use a good cleaning. The sliding door windows were not clean on the inside. We felt a bit let down on how much things have deteriorated. Thank goodness for the view. It is beautiful.

Property Manager difficult to work with

We booked our condo through VRBO. Our reservation overlapped a declared state of emergency and warning of historic flooding. VRBO CLEARLY has a policy that any one listing a property on VRBO, must give a full refund in an event of flooding. The property mgr has refused. Two weeks later we are still trying to get our refund. No one stayed in the unit during that week. Beware booking through this property management company.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns regarding Tropical Storm Debby, and we’d like to clarify the situation for you and future guests. While VRBO’s "extenuating circumstances policy" was active at the time you requested a refund, we have confirmed with VRBO that this policy did not apply to Horry County, where this property is located, but only to certain areas in Florida. Additionally, our property and the surrounding area did not experience flooding or damage that would prohibit travel to and from the area or warrant a refund under such circumstances. As a result, our cancellation policy—outlined at the time of booking—remained in effect. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness and consistency for all guests. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date are not eligible for a refund. This is why we strongly recommend travel insurance, which was offered to you at the time of booking. Travel insurance is designed to cover situations like these, where unexpected events like storms may disrupt travel plans. We understand the inconvenience caused by the storm and truly hope to welcome you back under better conditions in the future. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us directly.

Great view and location!

Overall this property was great! Lots to do on property, description is very accurate. The room itself was great and offered wonderful views. Only drawback is that while the resort allows you to use the facilities on the days of check in/out you must have a parking pass and wrist bracelets for the pool areas and such. These are locked in the unit and because the unit is through another property you cannot access or use them. You have to pay an early check in or late check out fee only if they are available. Also, you are required to photo scan your credit card and ID via phone so if you are not comfortable with that be aware. The communication with the property-owning management was great. They were able to assist us during non-business hours. Overall great place to stay just be aware of the above technicalities.
