PGA getaway

Amazing location! Perfect weekend getaway for Stagecoach and the family. Amazing bass fishing right off the back of the balcony with an exceptional view. Host was very accommodating and friendly! Definitely will make a trip back out to PGA West!

Nice property

First of all, very responsive owner! House is in great location and very well equipped. Beds are comfortable and space is great for one or two couples. A couple of carpet stains, but nothing serious. Overall very nice.

Great PGA West Condo!

Terrific condo in all aspects and the owner was super nice and accommodating with our reservation. Pool was great and just across street. Views of golf course were spectacular, just a little too hot for us to play (116) when we visited. Look forward to a return trip!

Beautiful home , amazing views

Our stay was absolutely amazing, jason assisted with any concerns we had ahead of arrival. The view of the lake and the golf course is amazing yet very private . The home has every amenity we could ask for and all the bedding amd linins are of the highest quality . We will certainly book again.

Beautiful community, lovely place with amazing views

Just returned from a month at Jason's place. Great beds, lovely linens. Comfy furniture and a nice kitchen. The view off the back patio is gorgeous with flowers, the Arnold Palmer course, and a small lake. We loved the PGA West community! Citrus trees, flowers, birds, beautiful pools - friendly people everywhere. Jason provided bikes which we used almost every day. Only suggestion would be to update the pots and pans. This is the only thing that's not in keeping with the rest of this stellar place. Minor issue and we'd book here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Jason for a fantastic stay!

Golf and sunshine

We stayed at this condo for the month of March. The setting is beautiful from all the gorgeous petunias planted in the front beds as you drive in to the shrubs in the back sending a wonderful scent into the air. We loved being able to watch the happenings at the pond in front of us and the golfers going by. The condo is ideally situated close to the pool that is just across the street. We had fun taking the bikes out for a ride around the neighborhood and got lucky enough to see the bighorn sheep on the mountains. There were a few concerns that came up, like having friends names at the security desk that only the owner can do, but Jason was quick to take action.

Great Location, Needs some TLC

Pros-The unit is a good size with large bedrooms and bathrooms. The bed in the master was quite comfortable.There are 4 tvs(we used 1) that are smart tvs. Large bathrooms. The outdoor patios are spacious and right on the golf course. The shared pool is right across the street.Cons- We had the two twin beds setup as a king in the second bedroom. It wasn’t as comfortable since the pad on foam pad on top is torn in the middle which makes the division to the two beds obvious. The shower in the master is in a deep soaking tub requiring a 2’ step up to use it. The two pedestal sinks in master means there is little to room for placing personal items.While the kitchen was generally well equipped there was only one pot which was very worn out and several pans/skillets and but most were very old and worn. Most plates and bowls are non microwavable plastic.Two ceiling fan remotes and a large wall clock were not working when we arrived and needed batteries.The bedroom furniture was old and flimsy. Very limited drawers in the master to store clothes.Would not rent this unit again.

thanksgiving getaway

We arrived on Wednesday afternoon, our names were at the security gate as promised, the key was in the lock box with the correct code and we opened the door to a lovely vacation home on the golf course. The listing was everything and more. The bedrooms were large and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The bathrooms were large and well stocked, the towels very plush and brand new. The views from the master bath and the great room awesome and we loved to hear all the comments from the golfers as they were going by (lots of frustrated golfers). The neighborhood was very safe as I went running daily. The property is located and convenient to Indian Wells, LaQuinta and the surrounding area. Everything is within 10-30 minutes. The views in every direction were breath taking. We enjoyed our making our thanksgiving meal in the well stocked kitchen and it was a pleasant suprise that there were some basics there (especially the coffee filters-we always forget to bring them). We would not hesitate to return to this spot in the future if we stay in the area again. I would highly recommend this little hideaway to anyway wishing to stay in the area. thanks again Jason for your attention to all the details and your quick responses to emails. Lynda J

LaQuinta PGA West retreat

Nice condo in a good location. Kitchen pots and pans were old and very worn but the owner says he is going to replace them. The owner was excellent to deal with.

Stagecoach weekend

Jason’s home is beautiful. It was the perfect location for Stagecoach weekend. It was so peaceful sitting on the patio overlooking the pond and golf course. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We will definitely stay there again. Thank You Jason.

Just as described

The stay for my son and his family was very enjoyable. The pool was across the street and made it so easy, especially when you have small children. i would enthusiastically recommend this property to anyone who wants to experience a relaxing stay in La Quinta.

Lovely view

We loved sitting outside and enjoying the wildlife around the pond and also the golfers playing their rounds of golf. We rented for a month and it became our home away from home.

A beautiful property on a golf course facing a lake. The landlord was helpful via text, and his property was immaculate. The trash was completely full from the previous renters, but we were able to throw our trash in the neighbors', with permission of course. A great choice for Coachella housing.

A nice home on Arnold Palmer's Golfcourse

We had a relaxed stay at this home. From the patio it was nice to view to Golf players. We enjoyed the living room with the great TV. All rooms are nice and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. However, a few things are used and we did not get them clean enough. Jason was very helpful during our stay.
