Located in a notable historic building in the heart of vibrant Old Town, this two-bedroom flat is a unique blend of old and new. Encompassing the entire second floor, the residence features over 1000 square feet of living space - offering plenty of room to gather, relax, work, and play.

The welcoming living room offers comfortable seating and a Roku smart TV. A dramatic exposed brick wall opens to a second living area. This is the perfect spot for playing games, reading a book, doing yoga, or just hanging out.

The open dining room has a large table with seating for up to 10 people. Enjoy a meal, unwind after a day of sight seeing, or set up a workspace.

The bright kitchen features a refrigerator, dishwasher, two burner stove, microwave and breakfast bar with 3 stools. You'll also find a Keurig coffee machine and electric hot water kettle. Of course, you're right above one of the best coffee/gelato shops in town so you could just head downstairs for a pastry and espresso.

Two bedrooms, each with queen size beds, feature lovely views of Old Town. If you're a light sleeper, we have provided white noise machines and ear plugs. Old Town is lively day and night!

The light filled bathroom has a single sink vanity, medicine cabinet for your toiletries, and stand-up shower with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The flat is directly across from Market Square where you'll enjoy the Saturday farmer's market and seasonal events, You're just steps from King Street and 2 blocks from the vibrant waterfront. Dining, shopping, and entertainment are literally outside your door. Getting around is so easy. The free trolley stops out front ready to take you up King Street where you can hop on Metro. Walk to the waterfront and catch a water taxi to Georgetown, National's Stadium, the Wharf, or National Harbor.

There is one flight of stairs to climb to the second floor.

Nearby garages are the best option for parking. There is a public parking garage directly across the street at 108 N Fairfax Street for $10/day. There is another public parking garage at 102 N. Union Street. Most street parking is free on Sunday.

Visitor parking passes may be requested *at least 48 hours in advance of stay* and host will need license plate number and state to generate pass. Guest will need to print prior to arrival. Parking passes must be displayed in your window on the passenger side.
