First floor family friendly direct ocean condominium on Cocoa Beach

Ground floor newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Easy access since it is on the first floor. Watch your kids swim in the pool from your first floor patio door. No steps or elevators to contend with.
Spend the day on the white sand beach, surf, swim in the ocean or the heated pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with all new major and small appliances and a full complement of amenities for meal preparations. The master bedroom has a King-size bed and full bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a full bath.
The unit is complete with beach towels, boogie board, beach games, sand toys for the kids, noodles for the pool, beach chairs and an umbrella. Cable TV, DVD, house phone with unlimited national calling and wireless internet are provided. There is a full washer and dryer for your use. Your bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided, along with everything you and your family need to have fun at the beach! You can walk to Downtown Cocoa Beach, where you can enjoy live music, fishing from the ocean or pier or visit Ron Jon's Famous Surf Shop.
The grounds are spacious and include a large heated pool. Outside near the pool are charcoal grills that are available for your use. The beach walkway has a shower and water hoses to make it easy to rinse off as you come and go on the beach.
The unit is centrally located in Cocoa Beach. Within a short walk, you can enjoy Downtown Cocoa Beach, with its seasonal festivals, bike and beach rentals, live music, and selection of restaurants. Bring your golf clubs and tennis rackets as Cocoa Beach Country Club is less than a one mile ride and offers public golf and tennis.
Port Canaveral, the largest cruise ship port in the US, is only 5 miles away. If so inclined to Las Vegas style gaming, the Victory Gambling Cruise ship sails daily. Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World are all an hour away. The Kennedy Space Center is a short 30 minute drive from the unit.

Great location. We’ve stayed multiple times in this unit. Check in is easy. Clean and well stocked with all amenities you need for a great beach vacation. Located close to restaurants and shops. Quiet location with large beach. Our favorite place to stay!

Perfect location

Amazing place!!! 6th time to cocoa and our best stay by far! This condo had more available than any other, small things like: hangers, spices, loads of towels! Great location, walking distance for us to downtown We will stay here again

A great place to stay

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights. It was so nice. Everything you need for the beach is in the condo, which is a plus because we forgot chairs back home. I highly recommend this condo.

Ed was amazing and so accommodating! The room was perfect! We had everything we needed for the week, including beach toys! The room was very clean, smelled great! Our door led right out to the pool and there was no hassle getting to the beach. The property was super quiet and safe. Close to all of the fun things to do. There were even puzzles and games to keep us entertained. The windows even had safety locks, which was super comforting being on the first floor. 10/10 recommend this property. Great for kids!

Awesome vacation property

The location was perfect!! Just steps from the beach. The pool was right out the back door. The condo was decorated beautifully and very very clean! There was everything we needed to make our stay perfect! Communication was great and prompt.

Amazing vacation for the family

Condo and property itself were very clean and well maintained. Condo had everything we needed and so much more for beach/ pool items and of course kitchen and home necessities were very well stocked. Family friendly and not as populated and crowded as staying near the pier would be but close enough to enjoy downtown or the pier with a walk or short Uber ride!

Great place to stay

We have vacationed at the Spanish Main condos previously and enjoyed our time there. This stay was the best yet. Besides the clean, comfortable, updated ammenities, all the accessories, such as beach toys, beach chairs, towels, etc. were in good condition, if not brand new. The owner was responsive immediately when we had a question and the followed up the next day to ensure all was good - which is was! If you get a chance, check out the Whisk and Grind (or Grind and Whisk?) for breakfast next door. It is great, so expect a short wait. We also went on the Victory Gambling Cruise and had a lot of fun. The condos have fewer units that most, so the beach was never overly crowded, nor was the pool.

Nice Place

Ed has a nice place. What you see is what you get. His VRBO ad is pretty right on. Nicely appointed condo.The bath rooms are little small but nothing that you can't deal with. The beach umbrella is trashed. Needs to be replaced. Would I stay there again? Yes.

Great family condo

Spanish Mains is a very clean, safe family environment. Situated right in Downtown Cocoa Beach it is an easy walk to some great restaurants and straight onto the beach. The condo was equipped with everything you need while traveling. Great newly refurbished kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of space to spread out or relax together. Nice view of pool and walk straight onto the beach. No stairs, elevators or long waits to and from condo. Property management was very strick on noise and pool rules, but abided by the policy set. Nice to have that on site management.The bathrooms are a little tiny and the main bedrooms bed is exceptionally high, but otherwise a nice place on Cocoa Beach. The beach itself is wide open, little to no congestion and very family friendly. The apartment next door was undergoing renovations so that was a little annoying considering they worked 8+ hours a day beginning early mornings. Parking is also very limited and tightly fit. With construction worker’s van it left limited space for people to park. Overall this was a great bang for your buck mid summer. I’d highly recommend it.

Perfect Beachfront Property

Such a great experience! The property is well appointed, right on the beach, and walking distance of downtown Cocoa Beach. The owner, Ed, is pleasant to do business with and quick to respond thank questions. I will definitely revisit if the property is available.

Our 2nd time staying here

We loved this condo and cocoa beach vacation so much that this was our second time staying here. Property is well equipped with lots of amenities including beach gear. It is close enough to theme parks to go for a day. There are plenty of food options within a few mins drive/ some are in walking distance as well. Beds are comfortable and condo was super clean. Would highly recommend staying at this location.

Overall, a great place to stay

The property was clean and perfect for 2 adults and 1 child. I went with a friend and my daughter (girls trip!). The location was great - steps away from the beach, and the pool right outside of the condo. Not much within walking distance, so we did have to drive 10-15 minutes to get to restaurants for dinners or to go to the grocery, but not a problem for us as we rented a car. One negative - The WiFi was horrible - I could not connect my work computer (not necessarily a bad thing!) or make phone calls within the condo while on WiFi. And when connected to the WiFi, it would randomly drop and we had to reconnect several times a day - not reliable at all. Communication with the owner, Ed, was good. He was pretty quick to respond and helped with a few issues we ran into while visiting.

Great Location!

We had a great trip. We have been to 6 different beach towns with the family in Florida/Gulf Shores, and this one is definitely near the top. Ed was great to work with. Communication was fast, and any problems were dealt with immediately! 10/10 recommend!

Great vacation property

Great location

The property is a great location. Even though it is next to the pool on the first floor, it was quiet. Beach access was great! The wifi and cell service wasn’t terrific, but we were there for the beach.

Best VRBO rental yet. Teens had great time, younger ones as well. Beach was a lot of fun. It was a wonderful vacation with kiddos. Rusty’s is great restaurant for sunset & great food.

Best Cocoa Beach Experience!

This was our first time staying in a vrbo and it was better than we could have imagined! The condo was very clean and it’s beachy decor added the perfect touch. In my opinion, this was the nicest section of beach front property there. It was quiet, the pool was clean and situated perfectly from our condo. The beach is a convenient few steps away. This condo came stocked with so many supplies to make your vacation excellent, including all beach gear you could possibly need and also kitchen staples. It’s location is in close proximity to a ton of restaurants and stores… a lot of which are in walking distance. Our family of four really enjoyed our time. here and would definitely recommend staying here. We hope to come back again for a future vacation.

Perfect

The condo was everything that the owner had described. It was fully stocked with everything that a person would need. There were more than enough beach toys and the beach was just steps from the patio door. My wife said that it was perfect. We will definitely book this condo next year.

Family vacation close to the beach and other tourist locations. Centrally located to everything.
