ABOUT THE HOME: Experience the ultimate luxury escape at Serenity by the Sea, a gorgeous home with four bedrooms and four and a half baths accommodating up to ten. Flawlessly decorated with precise attention to detail, the upgraded finishes and sumptuous furnishings encourage an extended and restful stay. High ceilings maximize space, and open-concept living and dining areas are expansive and bright, with plenty of windows seamlessly bringing the outdoors inside. Prepare snacks or three-course meals in the fully-appointed kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and plenty of cabinets and counter space. A generous primary suite with a beautiful ensuite bath is located nearby, with armchair seating for two and a flat-screen TV. A cheerful outdoor porch equipped with an oversized swing bed, additional seating, and a flat-screen TV offers extra private space for those in your party. A common area and entertainment room featuring a queen sofa sleeper & flat-screen TV await upstairs, along with three additional bedrooms. The first bedroom houses a queen bed, the second with two twin beds that readily convert to make a king, and the third bedroom, a second king suite, boasts a flat-screen TV with another gorgeous ensuite bathroom.
ABOUT THE AREA: Serenity by the Sea is located in the Highland Parks Community. They have an amazing community pool that is only a bike ride away! You can also go for a bike ride or hike on the trail in your backyard. Hang out at the community pool, take a golf cart ride, or head over to the beach about a half-mile away, accessible via the nature trail directly behind the house. Enjoy refreshing cocktails and fresh seafood in nearby family-friendly eateries, including Basmati’s Asian Cuisine, Goatfeathers Seafood, Local Catch Bar and Grill, and Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar.
BEACH ACCESS: Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access is just a short distance away. Hop on your bikes and get ready for an amazing day! When you make it out of your neighborhood take a left, continue on 30A for about a mile then take a right on to Blue Mountain Rd. At the stop sign turn right and you have made it to the beach.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
