Experience the ultimate beachfront escape at Third Wave Haven 315, a stunning Gulf-front condo at Tidewater Resort, which offers incredible amenities. Located on the 3rd floor (1 floor up from the walkover bridge/front desk), making it easily accessible by stairs if you don’t want to wait for the elevator! Relax to the soothing sound of waves crashing on the shore as you take in the beauty of the Gulf. Pier Park is less than a mile away.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

Welcome to Third Wave Haven 315! Enjoy breathtaking floor-to-ceiling views of the emerald waters from the living room, kitchen (with updated appliances), master bedroom, and private balcony. The enclosed bunk area features a twin-over-full bunk bed. The unit’s location is perfect not only for enjoying stunning beach views and sunsets – the beach is just three floors down, so guests can take full advantage of the stairs that are only one floor from the overpass.

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom: King bed with full ensuite bathroom, balcony access with Gulf view, and TV (sleeps 2)
Bunk Area: Twin-over-Full Bunk Bed (sleeps 2 or 3 persons, depending upon their size)
2nd bathroom is also a full bath with shower/tub combo and stackable washer/dryer
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 5 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Third Wave Haven 315 features a coastal chic design with an open floor plan, new living room furniture, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The master bedroom offers a king bed, private bathroom, and balcony access for spectacular sunrise and sunset views. For added convenience, the unit includes a brand-new stackable washer and dryer. Parking:

All guests must pre-register with the resort! Preregistering means wristbands are programmed and parking passes are created ahead of your arrival. Guests must stop by the Tidewater registration desk upon arrival to pick up wristbands and parking pass. You’ll find this registration desk just inside the walkway doors, on the second floor.

The parking garage is located across the street from Tidewater Resort. Since it changes periodically, the parking garage gate code will be sent in your Safe Travels email. Guests may purchase two parking permits for a 1- or 2-bedroom unit. Cost for such passes is listed below.

Parking spaces in the garage aren't assigned, so legally park where you are able to. Locate the skybridge on level 2; this will take you across the street to the main complex. After crossing the skybridge, go to the Tidewater registration desk, located right inside the doors from the crosswalk. This is where you will pick up your parking passes as well as your amenity wristbands. Return to your car(s) and place the permit(s) as directed.

Parking restrictions: No vehicle exceeding 7 feet, 2 inches in height is allowed in the garage. For the safety of all, pickups with extended beds or cabs, dual wheels, tow bars, and extended rear luggage carriers are only permitted to park in the north side, rear end of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere. Those in violation of these rules are subject to tow at the owner’s/renter’s expense.

Amenity Wristbands: Guests registering at Tidewater must be over 25 years old and registration should occur at least 24 hours in advance of arrival (ideally, more than 24 hours prior). Amenity wristbands are allocated to guests at the Tidewater registration desk, located on the 2nd floor of the resort. Wristbands will be given to guests ages 12 and up at check-in. Guests are required to wear these wristbands while on the property.

Fees for these wristbands vary, depending upon when you register. This fee includes the aforementioned parking permits. PREREGISTRATION FEES (preregistration must occur more than 24 hours in advance of arrival): about $55 + tax for a 2-bedroom unit. LATE REGISTRATION FEES: about $65 + tax for a 2-bedroom unit.

About the Community/Property:

The Tidewater Resort Area: Welcome to Tidewater, a complex offering its guests breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! This resort is conveniently located just fifteen minutes from ECP airport. Moreover, guests are within walking distance of Pier Park, which boasts more than 100 retail shops and numerous dining options. Tidewater Resort offers top-of-the-line onsite amenities.

Two outdoor pools (not heated) with gulf views; one indoor pool (heated); two spa whirlpools; fitness center; steam room and sauna. Tidewater is merely five minutes from Gulf World and Frank Brown Park, which is perfect spot for those who wish to revel in this 200-acre outdoor recreational facility.

This property has an exterior ring doorbell camera at the door.

Proper ID wristbands are required to be worn at all times while on Tidewater Resort property. The replacement fee for each lost or stolen wristband is $25 plus tax.

All guests must use the Walkover, as instructed by the Project Manager, for the Front Beach Road project.

Trash chutes cannot be stuffed with cardboard boxes or other forms of large debris. Prior to disposal in the chutes, please bag any trash. All large items in need of disposal must be taken off site. Violators who are caught dumping trash inappropriately may be fined by the association and/or reported to local law enforcement.

Snowbirds are welcome. Snowbird Season runs November through February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must also be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping (not even on the balcony), No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise). If smoking is detected anywhere within the unit, a $500 fine will be assessed as we will have to cancel our next renter to get rid of the smell.
