The missing key and the gaps in communication aren’t the experience we want for our guests, and we’ve already addressed those items with our team to prevent it from happening again. The power outage, water shutoff, and resulting boil‑water notice were unexpected citywide issues, but we completely understand how concerning that must have felt. We agree that guest safety is a priority, and we’re improving our notification process, so guests are informed as quickly as possible when situations like this occur.
