The Space
This large home is possible for two families or loads of friends to share! Located less than 100 yards from the beach or a couple minutes walk. Though not oceanfront, you will enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea from the 2nd-floor patio off the living room along with many new pieces of furniture.

This property is located at 130 E Kingfish 78597 and is called Casa Rosita 

While this is not a complete remodel, this home is very clean and fully functional. There are 3 bedrooms, one which is loaded with beds as a bunk room of sorts plus 3 bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom is set up as a bunk room, with all new bedding—a bunk bed with a double over queen, two twin beds, and two futons that are technically full-sized but more like twin XLs.

The upstairs 2nd bedroom has a queen over double bunk bed that is adult-sized. The master bedroom features an en suite full bath + a king bed. The living room has comfortable couches and is open concept to the dining and kitchen areas.

BBQing is allowed on the back patio; please bring your own grill if you wish to as one is not provided. A maximum of 4 vehicles are allowed at the home at any time, and a golf cart counts toward that maximum. One stall in the garage may be used for guests but it not for vehicles please, gear storage only. It is important to know you cannot park on the side of this street or you will get towed, so you cannot bring more than 4 cars.

The public beach access is at the end of the street this sites on, again, nearly across street making trips to the beach safe & EZ. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand on the side of the home.

This home was not a rental before, and was previously a private residence. The backyard has a small cement patio and a nice-sized grass area fenced in for kids or dogs. Pets must be declared—failure to do so results in eviction without refund with a max of 2 dogs & $75 per pet fee.

A maximum of 16 humans are allowed here, including infants which we believe to be humans, that is what is allowed—over-occupancy is not permitted and will result in immediate eviction without refund. This is not a party house—it is set up for families to enjoy. Property quiet time is 9 pm to 9 am. Loud noises, including music, are never allowed, nor are parties or "get-togethers" of non-registered guests. Make sure you understand this policy. We are disclosing this property has a ring doorbell, though there are not other cameras.

Our listing requires the primary tenant to be 25 years of age or older to book and must be present at check-in. You must contact us prior to booking if you are under 25—exceptions may be possible with additional requirements including substantial additional refundable damage depiosits.

We require an e-sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License. You may e-sign the rental agreement via DocuSign prior to arrival to receive your door code. Provide your email address and attach a photo of your ID, or upload it to messaging to verify your age.

This house is pet-friendly, but a maximum of 1 pet is allowed. The pet fee is $75 per pet. Pets may not be allowed on furniture, left alone in the yard to bark, and all pet droppings must be picked up to avoid a $150 fee charged to the card on file.

Please read and agree to all house rules before booking. This is required and not optional. Additionally, the City of South Padre requires a signed rental agreement to maintain our short-term rental license (# available upon request).

Please ask us any questions you may have prior to booking. We are happy to answer any inquiries—this home has a strict cancel policy.

This home is professionally managed by South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd, open 9 am to 5 pm, 7 days a week if you have questions or need assistance. We provide all bedding, towels, etc., as well as a starter pack of trash bags, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and soaps. These are not unlimited or restocked, so please come prepared. There is a Dollar General store on the island FYI

An electronic door code is provided to enter the property via text message to the cell phone number on file by 3 pm on day of check in. We do not provide door codes earlier as we cannot have guests attempting to park nor slowing down maid service of course  If you need a somewhat earlier check in, contact our office on day of check in around 11 am and we can check for you

Our short term City of South Padre Rental License can be provided upon request.
