Beautiful large beach rental in pristine condition!

Seaside Story is a 3 story luxury beach home across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. This home is spacious and absolutely breathtaking! Your very own private resort complete with private pool and views of the ocean from all 3 levels of the home. Master suite is on the 3rd floor. Kitchen and living spaces are on the second floor, and additional guest rooms are on the ground level. You won't want to leave! Guests can enjoy the many amenities throughout the home including Free Wifi and cable of course. Comfortable interior allows you to relax and enjoy all this home has to offer. Stay in for dinner & enjoy the private pool and sounds of the ocean. Home has a gourmet kitchen with a very open floor plan into the great room and bar area. Great couches and chairs for relaxing in the evenings and watching a movie.

Seaside Story is located right across from the beach access entrance. There are numerous shops and restaurants available within walking distance of the home. The home has 2nd and 3rd floor balconies with views of the ocean. The interior is open and airy and decorated beautifully. There is an outdoor shower by the pool to rinse off after a day at the ocean. This is the perfect home for multiple families to enjoy together.

Master Suite - Huge bedroom with oceanview balcony and private sun deck. 1 King sized bed.
Bedroom 2 -Large poolside bedroom with 2 queen size beds.
Bedroom 3- Large poolside bedroom with 1 queen size bed.
Bedroom 4- Large poolside bedroom with 1 queen size bed.
Bedroom 5- Large poolside bedroom with 1 queen size bed.
Bedroom 6- Huge bunk room with 2 sets of full bunk beds and sofa with television area.

Whether you're staying for a weekend, a week, or longer, SeaSide Story will serve as your private oasis.

We also recently added a 5 bedroom 3.5 bath house with a private pool only 2 doors down to our collection of vacation homes. Please let me know if you have any interest in that one as well.

Pets are allowed per owner approval.

Wonderful family trip!

Property was as advertised. We were particularly pleased with being so close to beach access just across the street. The heated pool was great for our grandchildren (ages 4-12). We also enjoyed many activities in the area - nature center, sea turtle refuge, fishing, parks, lighthouse, etc. in addition to the beach and pool. Kary was extremely responsive to all questions and needs, including having a new oven/microwave installed mid-week. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Beach stay

Very nice property with huge amount of room. Heated pool was a big hit VERY short walk to beach. Host was attentive to minor issues even during a holiday. Great stay!!

Amazing

This is our new home away from home! We loved it! Enough room for everybody and plenty of things for everyone to do. Loved and enjoyed the pool, close to shops and eateries. Beach access was great! Kary was Amazing to work with, before, during and after the stay! Great managing! Very clean and we felt very safe! Will definitely stay here again next year!!!

Had an amazing time with my college sorority sisters. Home gave us lots of spaces to visit and reconnect. Beach within walking distance was definitely a plus.

Great Place

Overall stay was great. We had 3 families 12 people and had plenty of room. Property Owner Kary was great to work with. A couple restaurants were in walking distance but golf carts were avail to rent around the corner. Pool was warm. Beach was very close. Would stay here again.

Beautiful and helpful

The property owner was very helpful and attentive to any maintenance needs that arose. The community is very welcoming. The beach and island are stunning! Overall a great place to vacation! This property is a very short walk to the beach (literally just across the street), is well stocked, and has a great layout.

Wonderful Stay! Beautiful Property! Attentive and Responsive Host

Had a great 60th Birthday Celebration with family. The house is in a wonderful location across from Beach Access 17. Probably walkable restaurants but with the August weather, golf carts and cars are adviseable. There were a couple of repeated complaints that I read while perusing reviews. One repated complaint was that the dryer did not dry clothes. Well actually it worked great, just need to adjust buttons accordingly. Another repeated complaint was that the upstairs bedroon was hot. It could be but, if you adjust the thermostat accordingly (mainly at night) you will find the upstairs room very comfortable. The house was clean and tastefully decorated, Cary is responsive to any needs, and it accommodates a large group without individuals bumping into each other. There are 3 levels and all bedrooms are on the entry floor with the exception of the Owner's Suite (and what a suite this is!!!) I loved the middle floor where we all gathered which included the kitchen, dining area, and family room. Because I travel with a lot of divas/princesses... two bathrooms were not enough on the entry/bedroom level... so unfortunately I had to share my humongous bathroom with two of them. I have so.much more to say but see that I'm running out of characters. To sum it up, you can't go wrong with choosing this rental. When returning, I hope it's available!

House was Gorgeous, spacious and very cozy! Very very close to beach access so made things easy for us to head back incase we forgot stuff. Will definitely be looking forward tk renting again!

Check in was very easy. Our only complaint was that the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work. Otherwise we had a wonderful time. The house is very roomy and comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach. The patios on the upper floors were a wonderful place to watch the sun rise each morning.

Location, location, location!

This property is a great location. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the iconic Wanna Wanna! A few things to note- a new fridge is desperately needed. It was a juggling job to put in 3 days of food for 18. It would be nice to get a bigger fridge or a second one. The current fridge had a lot of missing side shelves and shelves in the freezer. In the main living area- hang the TV on the wall and get rid of TV armoire. The TV was not visible to everyone who want to watch it. We had to use IPads. Make you TV armoire into a liquor cabinet or bar if you don’t want to get rid of it. Also it would have been nice to have TV in all the bedrooms. In the front entry way- get rid of the furniture and make that a mud room to where there are hooks for towels and a place to put shoes. The grass could have been cut- lots of stickers! Ouch!Any issues we had- the owner was very quick to respond and took care of any issues right away that we came across.

Location Location Location & Pool

Communication when something was needed was incredible. As a family w grandchildren, there is a lot of cooking involved. Beautiful new outdoor grill, that was ready for use. Wonderful new microwave and oven. The stove top was a challenge, only 2 out of 4 operated properly. Lacking would be pyrex cooking platters, mixing bowls, and measuring utensils. Plenty of beach equipment.

This house was perfect for our large group of 15 (6 adults and 9 kids). It was a half block off the beach, very large and clean. The pool was a huge bonus. When the adults were done with the beach for the day, the pool kept the kids entertained. The house had everything we needed, including paper towels, toilet paper and trashbags--something not many places include. Kary was a fantastic host and answered and questions almost immediately. Highly recommend!!

Amazing location

House was much larger than we expected! The amenities were amazing especially the pool. Beach was basically across the street and let us move between the two quickly. I had a party size of 18 and was great for our group.

Wife's 60th Birthday

The property was great and very large, beds were very comfortable. The area was very easy to get around. My only issue was the fridge it was very small and not very cold. Other than that I would definitely go back to this property.

Fun vacation

Lovely place, stocked with books, movies, beach chairs and toys etc. Lots of patio space, to have quiet time. Pool was wonderful. Kitchen well stocked with needed items. Beach a short walk. You can see and listen to Beach from patio spaces. Any issues taken care of right away. The only down side for me was too many stairs. I would certainly stay here again!

Awesome place, awesome location

We had a family reunion in the area with my siblings. My husband, Dad, my 4 kids and 8 grandchildren stayed at this location. I cannot say it was quite in the house but if was great to be all together. My 6 year old grandson said we should buy this house so all the cousins could lve together
