The Retreat off Magazine
Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath home in the heart of New Orleans! Just steps from Magazine St, you'll have easy access to amazing shopping, dining, and local hotspots. Whether you're exploring the vibrant neighborhood or relaxing at home, you'll love coming back to a cozy, spacious retreat. Perfect for couples or small groups, our home offers comfort, convenience, and a true taste of NOLA. Come stay and enjoy all the magic this city has to offer!
Our condo, one of six in the building, is a perfect retreat from the action outside! Recently renovated and well appointed, this condo has all you could want for a fun-filled weekend, or casual stay.
Our unit has a small private porch and a private entrance not shared by the rest of the condos. The open living and kitchen area are a great place to relax after a day of wondering the Garden District or shopping along Magazine Street. The first bedroom has a new queen-sized bunk bed with individually controlled reading lights and a closet for storage. The primary bedroom has a king bed as well as a pull out couch in the small, attached study. There is also a newly renovated hall bathroom with a shower and the attached primary bath has a tub and shower. A full-sized washer and dryer are located in the large primary closet.
Please be respectful of our neighbors at all times. We understand that New Orleans is known as a party town, but our neighbors are full time residents and we value their peace. Local noise ordinances take affect at 10PM. Please let us know if you have any questions and we thank you for your cooperation.
Guests will have access to the entire condo. Please be mindful that this is one condo in a small building, and there may be other tenants around the building, but never in our unit.
We’re available anytime you need us!
