This two-story condo features a lower living level offering a fully equipped and updated kitchen, living area with 2 flat panel TV and sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony offering Gulf views. Dining area with seating for six and additional seating at the bar. The first-floor master suite offers a king bed, flat panel TV and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom offers two twin beds, flat panel TV and sliders leading out to the balcony. The guest bathroom offers a walk in shower and services the twin bedroom.

Upstairs offers a large master suite that offers a seating area, King bed, flat panel TV, private balcony with views of the Gulf, and an en-suite bathroom that offers a dual vanity, soaking tub and shower. The upstairs also offers an additional bedroom with a double bunkbed w/trundle.

Silver Shells Resort is centrally located in Destin and is a Gulf front resort offering over 600 feet of white sand beaches. Located in the center of the resort is the lagoon pool offering views of the Gulf of Mexico. A kid's pool and hot tub are also located in the lagoon pool area. Chaise loungers, sitting chairs and tables are also located on the pool deck.
