**Please Note: OUR PRIVATE BEACH IS PROTECTED BY A SEA WALL —- NO WATER ENTRY — LOCATED ON THE EAST PASS - NOT THE GULF OF MEXICO (aka ocean) . ** There are public beach accesses approx 10 min walk to the right and left of our building- O’Steen beach and Norriego Point. Please see the photo descriptions. Henderson Beach State Park is also a beautiful public beach 10-15 min drive. They have bathroom facilities and picnic tables.

**This property is located on Holiday Isle. If you are unfamiliar with the Destin area - please google map this location. We are NOT located on Highway 98 or Scenic 98 where shops and restaurants are walkable. (We have listed the distance to main attractions below).

** Please Note: This complex has a strict NO SMOKING/NO PET HOA policy that is STRICTLY ENFORCED. Smoking is NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY to include -in the unit, on the balcony, in the hallways, at the pool/beach area, parking area, and in the lobby.

** This is a Family oriented complex - no parties, loud music etc will be permitted.

**Pool is heated from March 10- May 1 and October 1- Monday after Thanksgiving.
