Dear Elvira, since I’m a serious and respectful business woman, I had the initiative of making several offers to you to make you happy, the one you accepted was the 2 nights refund, but I had to wait to get payed from vrbo first and you wanted the money right the way, so you did got in touch with me and out of the blue insulted me. Next time you visit Costa Rica please take into consideration were are nice and understanding people but we deserve respect as you do. The elevator issue is the only true thing you are saying, I take that, is never happen before or after, that’s why I went out of my way to try to conciliate with you but that doesn´t give you the right to disrespect me. If anyone stays in my place will find out that the place is impecable and we receive with heart out everyone. Elvira is making here some mad talking, but it’s ok, she probably had a very bad day like the one when she insulted me in the phone, nevertheless I have the right to say that she is lying about the maintenance of this apartment, absolutely everything was and is working perfectly.

Como me alegra que disfrutaran, en estos momentos que los ticos estamos siendo invitados a disfrutar nuestro país. Estoy en constante revisión de las peticiones y sugerencias, lo último que hicimos fue el lavado a vapor de los sillones, ese televisor vieras que como a los 3 minutos de encendido se arregla, como que ocupa calentar, lo cual está mal y queremos cambiarlo pronto, pero que lástima, si ella hubiese sabido hubiese visto la novela ahí al rato. Los esperamos de nuevo ojalá. Hermosos inquilinos, recomendados 100%.
