ABOUT THE HOME: 30A Hideaway is a true departure from your typical 30A experience. Located in "The Hammocks", a private community off Hwy 395, you'll be nestled among oaks and magnolias. A large screened-in back porch offers a comfortable seat with nature views, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or a day shopping in the local 30A boutiques. The tranquility continues inside with a spacious open floor plan on the first level including a large living area, and a beautifully equipped kitchen and dining area. Comfortably sleeping 8 guests, each bedroom has its own private bathroom! The first floor King Master suite has a luxurious bathroom with a large soaking tub in a beautifully tiled shower. This home has the ideal layout for one or two families to join in the main living areas, but you still have your own private bedroom and bath to yourself.

ABOUT THE AREA: The Hammocks at Seagrove is a tranquil and quaint Seagrove Beach community, hidden in between Old Seagrove Beach and WaterColor. If you're looking for a secluded place to have an intermission in your busy lifestyle for an unforgettable vacation, The Hammocks at Seagrove is the first place to look. All homes in this community are created with modern, chic touches in similarity to that of the WaterColor community. The community offers two pools plus a nature trail which leads to a small dock and creek that flows into Western Lake. Should you want to leave your woodland nest, a short walk or bike ride will take you to many of the area's most popular destinations, including the closest Seagrove Beach public access, only 0.5 mile from the home. You're also centrally located to explore the neighboring communities of Seaside, WaterColor, and Grayton Beach.

For added convenience, the nearby Santa Clara Beach Access at 5311 E. County Hwy 30A provides restrooms and ample parking, making it an ideal spot for families and beachgoers. Great spot to spend your Seaside vacation. House was clean and had everything we needed. Short bike ride from downtown Seaside and a quick walk to the best beach I have ever been to. My family and I had a wonderful experience. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect summer stay!

This property was the perfect location, just about 2 minutes away from the beach. There’s even a Publix right by it. There’s so much space and it feels like you’re at home, even at the beach! The house is perfect for family and friends. I loved staying in the house!

Relaxing in comfort

Wow. This was an amazing house, comfortable, clean and in a great location. Since it was just 2 of us we only used the downstairs master. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was great. Loved the huge soaking tub. We walked to Seaside daily, which wasn't a bad walk at all. Beach access was easy to find. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Loved the private, gated, small neighborhoods (The Hammocks) close proximity to Seaside & Watercolor. Very clean house with comfortable beds. Everything was exactly as shown in photos. Our adult kids enjoyed the 2 bikes. Every room had your basic supplies - toilet paper, soap, shampoo/conditioner, body lotion, which were packaged nicely upon arrival. There was even a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, plus dishwasher pods. Also, a few pods for washing clothes. Only critique is the kitchen - probably need a larger pan for cooking on the stove top.

Wonderful first stay in Seaside Florida!

My wife and I enjoyed our first trip to Seagrove/ Seaside/ Watercolor Florida and the home was a big part of the positive experience. The home was very clean and the neighborhood was extremely private and quiet! We loved the walking proximity to Publix for our grocery needs. A few suggestions to make one's stay even better...the TV/sitting room could use a chair in addition to the two sofas. The sunroom was not usable due to the heavy pollen and uncomfortable furniture. User instructions for TV use, HVAC settings and the oven would be helpful and an overall visitor's guide would be beneficial for those who don't rely on technology for information. These suggestions would make a "5" rating a "5+". Thanks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home! Joe and Jackie B

Short walk or bike ride to beach!

All I can say is great location ms very spacious place! This property is right across the street from one of the community pools which is very convenient and also close to some really good restaurants. We were able to bike over to seaside food trucks and watercolour area. Also this was a very short bike ride to some of the best beach access points. I would definitely recommend!
