Please note: this property is designed as two fully separate apartments with NO INTERIOR STAIRCASE. Access between the upper and lower levels is via an outdoor staircase, offering added privacy and flexibility for guests.

Designed for up to 10 guests, it features 4 bedrooms, additional sofa beds, two fully equipped kitchens, and two comfortable living spaces. Enjoy stunning ocean views from the deck or relax on the south-facing porch, where the distant North Head Lighthouse completes the picture-perfect setting.

Unwind in the recreation room with pool table, ping pong, and Xbox One, or head outside to enjoy PICKLEBALL in our new full size court, the hot tub, firepit, and BBQ. Family-friendly with kids amenities, plus parking for 4 vehicles and space for a boat or trailer. Shared amenities include a volleyball court, horseshoes, and playground—making this the perfect coastal getaway.

The home can be booked on its own or together with the nearby Knole House—ideal for larger groups or special gatherings.

Beach Access:
• 5-minute walk to the beach
• Beach access is available through the backyard, shared with Knole House.

Pets:
• Please declare your dogs. This home is Dog-Friendly for up to four well-behaved dogs.
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes.
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog
• Medium/Large dog crate, dog bed, dishes, and blankets provided and located in the downstairs unit next to the couch.
