The Smokies are home to some “furry neighbors!” To keep everyone safe:

✔ Dispose of trash properly
✔ Enjoy the bears from a safe distance

For added peace of mind, we provide a bear-safe trash can right outside the cabin( rear side)

📅 Check-In & Deposit Details:
Check-in details will be sent 24 hours before arrival.
Check-out instructions will be sent the evening before departure.

Refundable Deposit: A $200 security deposit is required and will be refunded within 24-48 hours after departure, provided house rules are followed.
