Thank you so much for staying with us and for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. We’re so glad you enjoyed the grotto pool and had an overall great stay and it means a lot to hear that you’d come back. I also truly appreciate your honest feedback regarding the bathrooms and floors. Cleanliness is something we take very seriously, and our home is professionally cleaned after every checkout, including vacuuming and floor mopping, with regular deep cleanings as part of our maintenance routine. That said, I’ve already shared your comments with our professional cleaning team so we can inspect those areas more closely and make sure our standards stay where they should be. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we’d love the opportunity to host you and your family again.
