Welcome to this brilliant house near Lake McConaughy. This peaceful retreat offers four cozy bedrooms, three king and two twin beds. Unwind in the spacious living room with two additional twin beds. Please note that the home is at the west end of Lake McConaughy or, as I would like to describe it, the end of the bathtub—the water level drops as the lake empties through the busy season by the farmers. Typically, you can only see water from the home from April through June. We don't control the water level and make no water level guarantees in front of the house. It's best to assume there will be no water with a large beach and open space. You can always get to the water by going to the beach and walking East. You can also typically easily access the water via two boat ramps at the Cedar View Park area about one mile East of the home.
