Spectacular panoramic views from large covered deck of this great modern home that sits atop a bluff overlooking the lake and surrounded by 8 beautiful tree lined acres, so privacy makes for the perfect vacation setting. Beach and boating as close as 15 minutes away. This home is on the south side of the lake and more beaches on the north side are about 25 minutes away. Three bedroom, 2 1/2 baths main floor, bedroom and full bathroom in basement. Pool table, ping pong table, air hockey table and entertainment center in the basement. Horseshoe pit and fenced dog run for approved pets.

This was a lovely home with an amazing view of Lake McConaughy. All its amenities were beyond what we expected, and was a perfect setting for our family.The directions given for checking in and the expectations for checking out were very clear. We hope our hosts were pleased with our cleanup!

Jerry is in communication with me at all times and we were even able to check in a little early. Everything was very clean, and we had everything that we needed, plus more. It is a perfect place with beautiful scenery for our girl's trip. We celebrated our 11th year of getting together, for some golf, and boat/beach time. We will be back next year.

This was our 4th stay at this property and we will definitely be back. We love hanging out on the massive deck enjoying the view overlooking the bluffs and lake. The cabin is only a few miles from Lake McConaughy where we spend our days fishing and tubing. The cabin easily accommodates our family of 7 for a relaxing summer vacation.

We have stayed in VRBO properties around the world and this is absolutely the best experience we have ever had. There is so much to love about the location and the house but there are a lot of little things that stand out as well. It is so well supplied, communication with the owner is seamless and everything always works. We have been fortunate enough to stay here a number of times over the years and never leave feeling disappointed. It feels like home from the minute you walk in.

Amazing as always!

I lost count but think this is maybe our 6th time...it is an absolutely magical place! The views from the deck are incredible and the house is fully stocked with everything you need. Game room is so much fun, as well. Candice and Jerry are wonderful hosts - by far the best home rental ever. Appreciate that is dog friendly and lots of room for them to run!

Great spacious house

Wonderful large house. It had everything we needed. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen, it made it easy to cook for everyone. The deck and the views were so nice. We brought our boat plenty of room to park. Caught some fish too! The game room was so much fun. The sound of my adult kids laughing and having so much fun is a memory I will cherish. Thank you so much.

COFFEE ON THE DECK AT SUNRISE

We had a wonderful stay. The property was well maintained and clean. We were there for 3 nights and had coffee on the deck at sunrise every morning. The view was awesome at all times. We do plan to do this again and want to thank the owners for sharing this piece of tranquility.

My family and our dogs stayed at this property and it was great ! The veiw is amazing ! So close to the lake and just 15 mins from a grocery store ! We walked the entire and almost daily it is a beautiful place

Awesome Girls Weekend

When we drove up, we were overwhelmed with the view, the relaxing deck, and the privacy. 4 of us from Colorado Springs and 3 of us from Lincoln have meet at Lake Mac for 10 years now. This is our 1st time at this place, but definitely not the last. We are already excited for our next year of fun at The Cliff House. The "everything you can ever need/want" in the kitchen and the games in the basement were a for sure plus for us. Thanks so much Jerry for the great communication and detailed instructions. Best VRBO ever.

Great Homebase for Trip to McConaughy

The Cliff House is just the perfect spot for a trip to the lake with family or friends. The location is so convenient, the layout of the house is amazingly accommodating and the outdoor space is great. It has everything you need and it is always spotless on arrival. It is a true gem!

The views are breathtaking. Bought the view and the house came with it. This 8 acre very private property is lined with pine trees, the driveway is lined with ash trees and it feels like you are arriving at a very special place!

Location, location, location! Spectacular views from the deck and landscaping all around the house, including a grass yard. Close to Lake McConaughy boat ramps, beaches and Bayside Golf Club. Close to the town of Ogallala, Nebraska.
