This home offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 floors, and can sleep at least 10 guests. The best part of all, you are only 2 blocks from the sugar sand beaches of the Emerald Coast! Each floor provides guests plenty of space, allowing a comfortable stay for multiple families. Gather on the rooftop to enjoy the views of the morning, or the Gulf Coast's beautiful sunsets. Emerald Paradise is the perfect home for 30A lovers to enjoy a classic, laid back, Blue Mountain Beach experience.
ABOUT THE AREA: Emerald Paradise is located across the street from the local grocery store (they make the best smoothies,) yoga, Blue Mountain Creamery, Blue Mountain Bakery, coffee, and more. Also close by is Blue Mountain's favorite – Red Fish Taco, a casual restaurant in Redfish Village with amazing live music! The pork carnitas are a must! Visit Shunk Gulley and the local smoke house – Blue Mabel. Blue Mountain beach, known for its blue lupin flowers, is full of natural beauty and activities for the whole family!
BEACH ACCESS: Blue Mountain Regional Access: 0.3 miles approximately a 5 minutes . This beach has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. It's located at the end of Scenic Highway 83.

Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Beach chairs may be available for guest use but are not guaranteed.
Parking Details: - This home includes 2 parking spaces (marked #5) and 1 overflow first come first serve visitor spot.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

An exceptional property
The house is clean and spacious and comfortable. The extremely gracious hosts at 30a beach girls even treated us to a bonfire. Truly an exceptional property and we look forward to coming back.

The best time!
The best time! Bikes and bonfire wow! We had lunch a blast. we can't wait to return. House is amazing and Beachgirls are so incredible. Bonfire on the beach is our new favorite activity!

Beautiful Home in Blue Mountain Beach
House is beautiful and convenient to everything in the area. Access to beach is challenging, but expected since it does not have direct access. Two biggest issues are the master bedroom is on the top floor, so many steps to climb. Second issue is no cable television, just smart tv's. This is challenging for older adults that are technologically challenged.
Perfect place for a younger couple with large family.
