In this beautiful beachside community of Blue Mountain Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, you'll find your ideal getaway spot within our lovely 4-bedroom house. Immerse yourself in the laid-back beach lifestyle as you step out onto the inviting porch and take in the fresh ocean breeze. Golf cart included.

Unwind by the sparkling community pool or enjoy a cozy evening around the fire pit. Indulge in the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the necessary appliances to whip up delicious meals. Stay connected with the free WiFi, or enjoy a movie night on the smart TV with satellite/cable channels. There are 2 outdoor cameras, front porch and back porch, which are only turned on during Owner's stays, otherwise, cameras are kept off.

Back at the property, keep the little ones entertained with the foosball table, books, games, and toys. All around 5 stars.

Beautiful home, excellent location and great amenities. But really what made it 5 stars was the service. The outdoor shower had low pressure, but with one call, in 15 minutes someone came and fixed the issue. A second issue arose with the golf cart, no cable, one text to the owner and he came within 20 minutes and provided a new cable and we were good to go. I think that's what makes the difference, as a homeowner I know nothing will be perfect and things will wear down, but resolving the issues in a timely manner is what makes the difference. Thank you. We plan to stay again.

Family trip before school.

Beautiful and spacious home! Walk to beach wasn’t too bad. Homeowner provided wagon and beach essentials to make visiting the beach easy. Ideal location. Close to great breakfast, dinner and desert. Host quickly responded to questions and request. We plan to return. Quiet neighborhood.

Family getaway

Gin and Tonic was perfect for our family getaway. Bedrooms were spacious and plenty of bathrooms for our group of 6 adults and 3 kids. Only have one criticism concerning space in the kitchen. Only made for one person honestly. Space is small between the stove and the island. We found ourselves accidentally bumping into the stove dials. Have to watch that! But all is was great. I would recommend Gin and Tonic for your stay!

Beautiful Home

This Beautiful home had everything you expect in a vacation home plus so many extras. We came down for a thanksgiving vacation and had a wonderful experience at Gin & Tonic. The home was beautiful, clean, in a great area, and had many extras I’ve never seen in a vacation home. Like a fooseball table and chess board that helped keep my teens entertained. The one and only minor flaw was the kitchen area. Although the kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked it could have had a bit more room. The island sits a little close to the stove. The area is plenty big enough to have set the island another foot or so away. We usually aren’t cooking much on vacation so had we not been preparing a big meal for Thanksgiving we wouldn’t have noticed. Having said that I would gladly rent this property again.

What you expect in a rental!

This place is in a great spot, the house is great. Had everything we needed for the house and the wagon was a great benefit for going to the beach. 10/10 recommendation! We would recommend to anyone!

Great place to vacation!

We enjoyed the stay at Gin and Tonic. Rebecca was extremely responsive and helpful. Great place to stay. We did wish there were a few more basic items left there. We didn’t have things like napkins or paper cups. We were told that in advance but other places we stayed did have items on hand. Also wish that check in was earlier and checkout later. You basically pay for a day that’s wasted.

Comfortable vacation home

Gin and tonic vacation home is very well maintained. Very clean and comfortable. Has all the necessities. Very spacious, was able to accommodate 3 families. Conveniently located. A short walk to the beach and even shorter by car (3 min). Good places to eat right nearby. Owners respond super quickly to any questions. Highly recommended.

Stay at Gin and Tonic

My family enjoyed their stay at the Gin and Tonic ! The house was clean , roomy and located in a nice neighborhood! The Blue Mountain Creamery and Red Fish Taco were within walking distance and great to frequent ! You can walk to the beach , but we rented a golf cart to take all our stuff , and it worked like a dream ! We enjoyed our stay , and would recommend!

Worth it!

We had two families stay for a spring break get away at the beach. The property was in great condition, just as described! Great location with all the desired amenities! We can see ourselves returning to this property in the future!

Beautiful house

We selected this house for proximity to the beach, and we really enjoyed its location 5 minute walk to the beach, very well kept house, comfortable and Having the extra beach gear made it more convenient. We will not hesitate to come back

Great get away

Our family really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home . Proximity to pool was awesome . It was a little further from the beach than ideal but still very walkable. The home is stocked with beach chairs , wagon. and sun shade that was a huge Plus. All questions we had were answered in a timely manner and the check in/ out process was quick and easy .

Awesome time at Gin & Tonic

Gin & Tonic is a super clean, modern home in Santa Rosa beach. Our family loved every aspect of our stay here. The open concept living/dining area was a huge hit, and the bedrooms are plush and luxurious. We took full advantage of the gas grill and barbecued for the kids. The triple bunk bed and game table in the kids room was more then they could handle. This home had all the comforts, plus more! We will definitely be coming back.

Great few days at the Beach!

The house was great as was the location. Several maintenance issues that were minor. Check in and out process was wonderful. Kind beds were great but the queen was not very good. Would highly recommend.

The house was very nice and close to the beach.

The house was close to the beach and the pool. The home had all basic necessities and is very nice with plenty of space. The only downside were a few maintenance and cleaning items. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets with salad dressing sticky in two bowls, and there was black hair in the shower drain when we arrived, walls could use paint as it is scuffed and fingerprinted pretty bad- but it is flat paint which doesn’t allow much for daily use. Basic maintenance items needed attention: the downstairs master toilet ran continuously after flushing, the shower head sprays sideways straight out the door when you turn it on. Unfortunately, the TV in the downstairs living room and master bdrm didn’t work. The ‘maintenance guy’ got it on for 5 mins but after it went off again he wasn’t able to fix it. We didn’t need the tv much, but it would have been nice as we were settling in for the evening each night with our kids. The owners have a very nice home and only need to tweak their maintenance items and their cleaning crew. No huge complaints, just to help for the next family.

Beautiful home in perfect Blue Mountain location

Gin & Tonic is situated in the perfect location in Blue Mountain. Walking distance to the beach (about a six minute walk), Blue Mountain Creamery, and restaurants. We tried Trebeache and Red Fish Taco and enjoyed both. The neighborhood is still being developed. Lots on both sides of Gin & Tonic are under construction, but the workers were very respectful of nearby guests and the noise was minimal. The home backs up to the neighborhood pool...a definite perk being so close. And the home itself is beautiful and easily accommodated our two families of four and grandparents. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Getting "check-in/access" info was probably the easiest we've experienced with any rental. Overall, we were very pleased and enjoyed our stay!

Home away from home!

We loved our stay at Gin & Tonic! The short walk to the beach, pool, creamery, & the peaceful evenings in the home made it a wonderful time for all. We hope to make it back to Gin & Tonic again!!

Property was beautiful!

I usually don't write reviews but I thought I would since I do read other reviews when I am looking for a place. We stayed July 10th-July 12th and it was ten adults. Unfortunately we ended up on the couch but the house was very accommodating and beautiful. I like that it was clean and we prepared for our stay. There are two cons. The trash was already filled up when we arrived so we didn't have anywhere to put our trash except to keep piling it up. There are parking passes that are a must and it wasn't there when we arrived. I called the owner and they were there within an hour delivering the pass so that was an easy fix. If you are looking for a home away from home this is definitely the place. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach which was amazing since parking is terrible. The Publix is 4 minutes driving distance which is also convenient for a quick run to the store.

Lakeside neighborhood is very nice, all beautiful new homes, and the community pool is right behind this house! You can walk to Trebeache, one of the local favorite restaurants on 30A. Your kids will love being able to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery, the best ice cream shop on 30A.

Blue Mountain Beach is the highest elevation of Florida's Gulf Coast lending incredible views and beautiful natural dunes and wild flowers. Enjoy the great outdoors with the surrounding state parks, nature trials and the 22-mile bike & jogging path. Kayak or paddle board on one of the rare coastal dune lakes and experience a unique ecosystem that is only available to approximately 11 locations in the world! There are many options nearby for dining and entertainment and you are close to the picturesque towns of Seaside, WaterColor and Rosemary Beach.

You can also head to Point Washington State Forest for a true outdoor adventure! Take a hike, mountain bike, picnic or guided horseback rides through 15,399 acres of cypress swamps, pine groves and world’s highest concentration of coastal dune lakes. The Longleaf Pine Greenway Trail is a 3.5, 5 or 10 mile loop meandering along its rare coastal lakes and provides an abundance of wildlife and natural scenery.
