Explore nature within your own backyard with starry night skies, personal hiking trails, desert views and the surrounding wildlife. Dip into the above-ground pool, soak in the hot tub and cozy up next to a firepit.

Hot Tub rules:

To protect your own health and safety and the integrity of tub and linens, all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.

No pets of any kind or size in hot tub.

Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on spa cover.



The Neighborhood:

IMPORTANT:



You’ll be traveling down a dirt road to get to this property, so be mindful of this when preparing for your trip.



Please remember sound and light pollution travels further in the desert. Quiet hours start at 9pm to 7am.



DRONES - Fly at your own risk and be mindful of the airspace you are flying in. there are sensitive neighbors that do not take well to drones (they will shoot them down!).



* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a 500 USD fine for guests.



* Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a 100 USD fee.



Getting Around:

The roads can be a little bit bumpy, therefore, although not necessarily we suggest traveling in an 4x4 vehicle.

You will have access to the surrounding area around the property. Includes a hot tub, container pool, outdoor furniture, propane fire pit, BBQ grill, tanning chairs on deck and more!



★ INTERNET ★

The home has high-speed internet access through Starlink which offers consistent connectivity throughout your stay.



★ GAMES ★

The home is equipped with board games and other games for your entertainment.



★ PARKING ★

The home has a long driveway of parking space. There is a parking structure with overhang to protect your car from the sun and other natural elements.



★ BEDROOMS ★

★ KITCHEN & DINING ★

Fully equipped Kitchen with high-end appliances: refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils

One Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. NO cameras are located inside the property or the backyard.

Fenced yard: Not fully fenced

Cell phone coverage: Yes cellphone coverage

Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: Dirt roads, some spots may be difficult for low riding cars

Outdoor Surveillance: One Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. NO cameras are located inside the property or the backyard.



◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.



◦ RULES:

Noise ordinance:

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.



◦ SMOKING POLICY

No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees



◦ Restricted Areas:

Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.



◦ Hot Tub/Pool:

Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.

Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.

No drinking in the hot tub, please.

Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.

Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.





◦ Photoshoots & Video:

No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.



IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB and POOL

To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub and pool.



● We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub and pool area. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.

● No pets of any kind or size in hot tub and pool.

● Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool.

● Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover.

● Children must be supervised at all times.

● Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub

● Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight.



Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.



We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests. By adhering to this requirement, we can ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the benefits of our hot tub and pool facilities.

POOL & SPA SERVICE - The hot tub and pool is serviced every Monday and Thursday by our maintenance pool guy who will access the backyard and be in and out quickly. Usually guests don’t even notice him, but just a heads up in case you see him servicing the spa.



Things To Keep In Mind:

• Pets allowed with a fee of $100 per pet max of two dogs only (large dogs not allowed) Please inquire for more information.

- We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!



NOTE: Pool heating is not currently available at this time due to maintenance. Thank you for understanding!



◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address
