Phoenix on the Bay 1419 is a beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bath Bayview condo located in the highly sought-after Phoenix on the Bay in Orange Beach, Alabama. This unit features floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and dining area, allowing natural light to flood the space and offering stunning views of the grounds, pool areas, and the popular lazy river.

The condo includes tile flooring throughout, except in the cozy bedrooms, which are carpeted. The updated kitchen boasts a large double sink and is fully equipped for your convenience. Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for four, or gather around the additional card table for a fun family game night.

The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests, offering a twin bed plus bunk beds with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. For extra sleeping arrangements, there’s a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Step out onto the spacious patio, where you’ll find stylish furniture, an electric grill, and a breathtaking view of the resort’s amenities and bayview. Whether you’re relaxing by the lazy river, enjoying the pools, or taking in the peaceful Bayview, Phoenix on the Bay 1419 provides the perfect getaway for families and friends.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-Hauls, buses, and similar large vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Boat slips are not included with our units. However, if you are staying at Phoenix on the Bay or Lighthouse on the Bay, you may rent a slip for an additional fee.

Boat trailers are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee, and boats and jet skis are welcome.
