You are going to experience complete privacy – as the property is located in a gated community with guards and full security. Casa Dolce Vita has integrated indoor and outdoor living spaces, perfect for big families or groups of friends. This house boasts privacy and spreads out on two levels.

The high-end luxury Villa featuring 4 bedrooms, a scenic 180 degree view over the ocean and one of a kind spectacular infinity pool. The nearly 600 qm space has high end finishes and is a livable masterpiece which exudes contemporary luxury. The floor plan is open and airy with walls of sliding glass that allow perfect indoor/outdoor entertainment. The sunsets from the main terrace are one of a kind.

The great living room has a split-level floor plan that includes an open kitchen, multiple patios, infinity pool and hot tub within the designer pool. The both spacious upstairs master bedrooms come with king size beds, walk in closet with safe and en -suite bathrooms with sweeping views of the ocean and jungle - each with a sexy double shower.

The bottom level of the two story villa has two large loft-Style studios with king size beds, sofas, private patios and quiet retreat in the floor plan. Both studios come with a en-suite bathroom, double sink, rain showers and with their own refrigerator and a safe.
The top two stories of this house exude open luxury while the downstairs bedrooms offer cozy quiet. The house is designed with modern features and carefully decorated to offer most comfort and coziness. Each room of the Casa Dolce Vita is equipped with air conditioning and the house has high speed internet throughout. There is a separate back up water tank in the house to ensure continued supply, even throughout shortages of water.

Casa Dolce Vita comes fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry, housekeeping (on request-separate payment), and multiple balconies with comfortable outdoor chairs to watch the flea and fauna. The living and dining areas are integrated into the very spacious kitchen, which is fully equipped with top-quality appliances (electric kitchen, dishwasher, water filter, etc. When mealtimes come around, the fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to whip up tasty meals and a gas grill awaits by the pool for more casual cookouts in the salty air.

This common area opens to a large, covered patio that features a dining area integrating both common spaces. Next to it, you will find the pool surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. Enjoy your breakfast on the terrace in the company of breathtaking panoramic views of the jungle and Pacific Ocean or watch the incredible sunsets from the privacy of your own bedroom balconies as you immerse yourselves in Guanacaste culture and nature. The helpful property manager who lives only 10 min away is easily accessible through WhatsApp to help with any questions, reservations, and helpful hints and to ensure the most enjoyable time at Casa Dolce Vita. The service you get here is comparable to a high-end concierge service at a 5-star hotel. If you prefer, a private chef, can be arranged for your enjoyment. Four of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica (Playa San Juanillo, Playa Ostional, Playa Marbella and Playa Azul) can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes. The beautiful beaches of Nosara like Playa Guiones and Playa Pelada and Garza are only a 25 min drive away from the Villa.
You may spend your days savoring the serenity of the house or might decide to venture out to discover more Costa Rican adventures. From Canopy tours or horseback riding in the wild, fishing, turtle watching, surfing or relaxing on the beach, your stay will be a favorite destination.

There is a 4-day minimum booking requested. We do not rent out for weekends only.
It is highly recommended renting a 4-wheel drive car during your stay.
We offer special prices for monthly requests and the rental of the whole house (capacity of 4 individual bedrooms sleeping maximum 8 adults. If 2 kids will sleep on the sofas in the Loft Studios we have a maximum capacity of 10 persons.
