We felt like we were staying in a "home" vs a hotel. Everything was clean and perfect condition.

We'll definitely return for a longer stay next time - the house is in an ideal location for downtown Avila.

This is an amazing property just steps from the boardwalk and pier. You get a side view of the ocean from the living room window. It is very well appointed and clean - owners have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The only bad part was having to leave!

This property was perfect! Just1/2 a block from the beach and a lot of room. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable! We would highly recommend this home.

Neat and tidy. Great location. Sleeps 4, but is really just appropriate for two couples (two queen beds), not four friends.

A quick step to the beach

A comfortable and stylish condo just steps away from the beach at Avila. We enjoyed our stay, our ease of access to the ocean, morning and evening walks on the beach, strolling the boardwalk, dining at the local restaurants. The condo is nicely furnished, fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds. Great spot!

Wonderful Property, Wonderful Property Manager

Property was well equipped, well maintained. And when there were a few minor challenges (which is inevitable with a VRBO), the property manager was on top of it - even on a Sunday. Great location which enabled us to enjoy the beach and the small town (Avila Beach) which was a block or two away. Relaxing and fun.

A Clean & Moderen Home Away from Home

This lovely home on San Francisco Street is steps from the beach. We wish we had more time to stay longer. The home is clean and organized. The beds are comfortable. This is one of the few rental homes with A/C. in Avila. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Stephanie.

Perfect!

Our stay was fantastic. First, the place was immaculate and everything about it was nicely finished and felt very comfortable. You can't beat the location with the beach and pier steps away. Stephanie was great to work with and was very accommodating with our requests. We'll certainly be back and would highly recommend it. Tony

Love the location! Less than a minute walk to shopping and the beach. The only thing I would recommend is they put a full length mirror in one of the rooms! :)

Wonderful place

Avila Beach is a wonderful town and this is a wonderful two bedroom apartment right near the beach… Everything about the place makes us want to buy one of our own! The location, the design and decor, the size, and most importantly very, very, very comfortable beds… So comfortable. Only hiccup might be that the heating seem to be based on an automatic gas fireplace, Which in the bedroom does light it up in the middle of the night… But maybe I just didn’t figure it all out Wonderful place and wonderful hosts! Definitely worth The price that we paid

It's super clean and so charming. Walking distance to the beach and the cute shops and restaurants in Avila. We stayed for 5 days and didn't have to drive our car one time! We will absolutely stay here again...and again!!

Craftsmanship is amazing and has everything you need, really well appointed! Seven Sisters was on top of everything all the way and made my planning and follow up as easy as it gets!
